Worst service u ever experienced for Chicfila. Morning crew had no clue who's order was what. They don't understand mobile orders and just ignored the problem cars they had pull up. It's a shame when the brand usually has high reputation for service. Most were managers which made it worst.

Generally the service and cleanliness has been good. But several times the food I ordered, particularly the fries, were cold. Should have taken them back but too hungry to wait it out.
