I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience at this salon, and I do not want anyone else to go through what I did. Unfortunately, I don’t know the stylist’s name, but he was arrogant, rude, and never once asked me how I wanted my nails done.
From the moment he sat down, he didn’t greet me—just gave me an arrogant look. Without any discussion, he began removing my existing dip nails by prying them off with an acrylic nail. This not only stripped off the enamel but also damaged parts of my natural nails. It was the most painful nail removal I have ever experienced. I told him several times that he was hurting me, but he continued without adjusting his technique.
The entire process was uncomfortable, physically painful, and made worse by his unpleasant attitude. Please avoid this person if you decide to visit this salon. I left feeling hurt, upset, and will never be returning.

Horrible experience. Left crying. I came here with my mom and she left upset. The man who did her nails was so arrogant/ stuck up and hurt her really bad treating her like a mannequin. He ripped her nails she already had on with another nail underneath popping them off instead of soaking them. causing extreme pain and he just laughed about it. He then proceeded to grab her wrists and hands forcefully and didnt say a word he also burned her already hurt/ bleeding nails with a drill. On top of that he didnt even ask what nail shape or length. She was so close to telling him off but didn't. The man who did my nails was good but this guy who did hers is TERRIBLE. Also the customers here and area is not the best. Fix your staff and their treatment.

I will literally drive 2 hours to go to them be cause they do the wax and ring at unbeatable prices and they get it right every single time honestly love coming to this place I just don't wax and tint and lashes

Pls make sure you pick your lashes, she said she was giving me natural but these look too thick for my likings, but excellent job, eye brows & lashes, #8 ask for Tracy

Everyone was nice enough but it was the worst pedicure I've ever received. It maybe lasted 15 minutes. I sat down between 2 girls and they were mid-pedi when I sat down. I was done before they even got to the polish. He didn't clean under my toe nails, didn't use the skin scraper (and i needed it). I asked him to cut them short, but they weren't short enough. I asked him again and he only cut 1 toenail shorter. He never asked what shape I wanted. He lazily wiped some oil on my legs but there was minimal effort or care. It would never use that technician again. And for $45 for 15 minutes of rubbish...it was not good.
