We are very thankful for the great work done at this tire center today (June 9, 2025). We were driving on Florida Turnpike north towards Gainesville for a planned event that will take place in Gainesville on next day, June 10, 2025 and unfortunately got a flat tire around 2pm. We immediately pulled over to the shoulder of the highway about half miles before exit 86. We were not sure about if we can use spare tire as it has never been used. As we are Costco members and bought the tires from Costco last September, we then decided to get our vehicle towed to this nearest tire center where we luckily got an appointment by calling the center before we set up towing appointment. After our vehicle was towed to this center, we told Mr Evenor Meza, the technician at the front desk at the moment, what happened and our situation. He immediately got the paperwork ready and collected the key. He told me that he will see what he can do. Honestly we thought it would be fixed until possibly 7 or 8pm. We went inside Costco and got something to eat. In less than one hour, Mr. Meza called me and told me that my vehicle was ready and the flat tire can not be repaired and was replaced by a brand new tire for a prorated fee under warranty. We were thrilled and greatly appreciated. We would like to thank a lot Mr. Meza, his supervisor and his colleagues for fast repair of our vehicle, which allowed us to arrive in Gainesville on the same day and not to miss the event on next day.

Costco on Lantana Road is the only place I go for my sets of tires. When I do an oil and filter change on my truck I send it down there at 5,000 miles tires are rotated and balanced, nitrogen filled, Tire warranties if you get a nail or screw you get a plug patch, not just a plug. I throw them a tip too because they're worth it. They're busy all the time because they're good, so be patient.

I had my very first visit to Costco Tire Service recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of especially thanks to Mike S. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and ensured I was comfortable with the service being done.
To top it all off, my car was ready in under an hour! Fast, efficient, and friendly what more could you ask for? Big thanks to Mike S. and the team for making my first experience such a great one. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

The savings is not worth the time and energy one must spend to get a tire repaired or to get tires rotated. I had an appointment to rotate my tires but yet it took over two hours. They forgot to put the lug covers on my wheels and the stem caps on my tires. I had to return to Costco and wait, again, to get these things taken care of.
I called yesterday to make an appointment for a tire repair and was left on hold so long that I finally hung up. Poor customer service.

I think most people here are very honest and helpful . I have been buying my tires here since the last 4 years and whenever I have issues with flat tires, I come here . My experienced has been always satisfactory . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 4 tires online, according to Costco they would keep me updated. After a week I called to cancel because they never gave me un update. I was told that I would hear back in 24-48 hours 3 days later I call again. They tell me I can’t cancel, they can’t give me an ETA on the arrival of the tires. Two weeks later the tires are shipped I call to make an appointment, after many attempts to contact them they tell me the can’t make one until the tires arrive. Now they have arrived and I’ve being waiting on hold for close to an hour. The online booking doesn’t work with my email for some reason even tho it’s the same email they used to communicate that the tires arrived. So far tires are incredibly late, customer service has being rude, would not allow me to cancel the order and completely inefficient at coordinating an appointment for installation

Wanted to sign up. Stood in line for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the front the guy said he is going in lunch some other lady will help. Left 5 minutes later, she never came back

I have recently started going back to this Costco after moving closer to this one. I don't remember it being so insanely busy every single day of the week. And it's ALLL old people, like snowbirds. Super frustrating because they are all so incredibly rude. One guy with his wife almost plowed over my toddler and I with his electric scooter. When I said, hey maybe watch out for the baby, I heard his wife say, what a snide remark. That same visit, I moved quickly past an old woman and she had this overly dramatic physical reaction as if I had almost knocked her over, despite there being several feet between us (eye roll emoji here). I just don't get all these angry seniors. Angry, entitled and rude. This Costco is like the epicenter for it. I find myself being extra kind to all the employees just to make up for all the difficult customers they must deal with. The employees are typically very friendly, never an issue there. And the self checkout always moves pretty well. My only other issue here is that whenever I find a product that I love, the next time I return it is gone. Their stock levels of stuff seem to not be very consistent. Butttt.... It is what it is. Just be super careful in the parking lot.

I was so nervous to get new tires, but the staff were super knowledgeable, didn't sell me extra stuff I didn't need. Overall, super happy with purchase. Though I asked them to change the tire sensor on my back tire when they changed out the tire and they didn't.

Horrible service. My daughter went to service her tire on a Tuesday night. (01-09-24) Tire went flat and Costco was the closest tire place open late. They close at 8:30. My daughter got there around 8 o’clock which I understand it’s pretty late but she had no choice as she was unable use her spare because it was also flat. Her car has aftermarket wheels, in the center of the wheel hub, there’s a ring that should’ve been removed and it was not. The technician installed a spare on top of the plastic ring separating it half an inch from the hub. At that moment, he should’ve noticed that the spare was not fitting right but didn’t care and still installed it that way, which is really dangerous because the wheel was not installed properly. It was installed in an angle, causing two of the Lugnuts to break and car to shake horribly which could’ve caused a terrible accident for my daughter. This location demonstrated lack of care with customers or their reputation. I am pretty certain he was upset because it was late and he wanted to leave . Really disappointed with Costco did not think that they will be so negligent.I will not renew my membership. This is not even mentioning how unprofessional the technician was being towards my daughter stating all she knew how to do was drive and put gas in the car.
