My only problem came with central location and not with the one I have my storage unit with. I was down sizing, taking stuff out and letting the unit go, and then getting another small unit in the same building. When I called to rent the next unit they had one available. I said I’ll take it. And what is my confirmation number?
The woman said just use the new units number150. I said ok and I’ll start the day I close out the other unit, which was only a week or two. When I got there I told the manager Tom I reserved a unit. 150. He looked it up and said it was taken. I said but I have a confirmation number 150? He said HO! We were waiting for to call us back?

I booked online for $47.50mo unit 5x5 size of hall closet two weeks on I get bill and they are billing me higher price $67 month I call they won’t fix so I’m gonna take business elsewhere this was a long time storage

Tom was very helpful and walked me through what storage I needed when I told him how many rooms and boxes I had. I would recommend this Cube Smart Location and also Tom was awesome!

Be sure to do your homework the price for storage unit are 2 to 3 times higher than anybody else in the area. Why would I pay $60-90 a month when I can just drive an extra half mile and pay $30 a month. It’s a nice storage unit And within walking distance so I would’ve rented it Even if they were just a little bit higher But that’s quite a difference.Too bad they’re crooks… won’t be getting my money.

Happy with the online rate and first month free. Monthly rate in contract says plus tax but the tax is already in the rate, so that caused some delay because the numbers didn’t add up. Handled with courtesy and kindness in the office at time of move-in. I love that someone somewhere will answer the phone 24/7. Unit was clean and restrooms were sparkling clean.

I just moved in today. I moved from one storage unit that I had at Uhaul to cute smart out of convenience. Tag my U-Haul storage unit been closer to me. I would not have moved my items I was disappointed because maneuvering from the elevator down to my storage unit the returns are very narrow, thankfully I was only moving storage bins because if I would've had any furniture, it would've proven to be difficult. Also, I'm now concerned because while I was there, I saw two roaches. I brought it to the attention of the gentleman and the young lady that was at the front desk and his question to me was what size were they? I don't care what size they were roaches are roaches. I'm on my way to Walmart to get some roach gel to make sure that my items are protected for at least the best that I can to keep them protected. Definitely wish I would've came and spoke to police prior to moving my belongings. I was just so impressed with Uhaul that I just assumed that this one would be nice.
