AVOID!! I had a very bad experience and must give them a truthful terrible review. If you look at their pictures on yelp it looks like a very high end business, 2 good reviews and the pictures looked amazing so I thought you know what, give a local business a chance. WRONG! On Jan 25th I brought in two barstools & a cushion to be reupholstered and JC said it would all take approx two weeks to do the job. I paid a deposit of half & 2 weeks later he texted to say the the cushion was done. I picked it up & the cushion was good but stools not done. It's now April 16 & the stools are ruined.Here's the text transcript a month later-Feb 23 Me- Hello, can u give me an ETA on my barstools?JC- The material was on back order so I will receive it by the end of the week that's why I haven't got it done I will start Monday on it.Me- OKMon March 1Me- Did the material come in?JC- Yes it did I'm starting working on itMe- Tues March 9JC- can come tomorrow between 4 & 5 pm to pickup your barstools?One more thing Do you have the application zelle ? I don't like the way it looks, It does not look the same. I brought them to you on Jan 25 & you told me it would take 2 weeks. Now it's 2 months. I already spent $180. I'm not spending more money on something I don't like. JC- Send me the picture that you have, I have never said that you have to pay any extra I will make it rightMe- Not extra, I'm talking about the balance for the job. Here's the pics I sent you on yelp.JC- That's the reason why I said that I fit and tested before I put the stitch that border around and it was too tight that I have to recut it bigger to make the stitch around itI will make the way it wasMe- OK. Plz also check this out- the panels you did have creases on the sides & at the top. & to me it looks like some of the seams don't line up.
