I was extremely pleased with the staff at the lantana location customer service at its finest .Kelly the manager goes out of his way to please the customer I have a elderly mother and he made sure she felt comfortable with the car by exchanging the vehicle no questions asked thanks for the great service

This is the worst place you can ever go to. The assistant manager Jessica Ramos was sooooo rude and not helpful at all. I’m entitled to a full size car by the insurance and she did not wanted to give me any full size car although the lot had so many. She made me waste a ton of time calling the insurance back and forth as she failed doing her job instead of this being a 15min transaction she made it so difficult and made me stay there forever missing a very important appointment I had. This assistant manager is giving a bad imagine of entreprise and I will definitely file a complaint with my insurance company so people stop going there wasting time
