Did not disclose the length of the policy. Very disappointed to find out it was only a 6 month policy when I was originally was under the impression it was a year policy. Very expensive lesson learned.

Was very happy 1st six months then received bill for next 6 months and felt like I got the old bait and switch
Premium was increased about $200
I’m now pursuing switching providers

Hillary and her team are great to work with, offering their knowledge and experience to provide you with the correct insurance coverage at a reasonable cost. Best of all, you're always dealing with the same people, not some 1-800 number, where you get a different person every time, usually overseas!

I had a great first consultation call concerning insurance needs for my car and my agent William Dobson was very patient and asked me all the right questions which led to me switching to Allstate based on the great customer service and reasonable rates. Subsequently I had the opportunity to speak to Hillary Longo who owns the agency and whose name is on the door where in my view she went above and beyond in asking me some additional questions thus reducing the monthly rate of my renewal. I couldn’t be happier with my initial decision. Thanks Hillary and William.
