Perfectly serviced the door and a very nice price for the extra that we didn’t realize needed work that had to be done next day. They had to remove all again but didn’t complain and scheduled me asap for the next repair so I could use the door FAST. Slider door and screen and rail all working like new! Eric and his team are top notch. I see some people on here being impatient and please just know that Eric Sr is running his business while out doing repairs and managing his other crew that are out doing fabulous work. Give him a few minutes to juggle and you will not be sorry and it will be a nice price and excellent work that will LAST! ???

Great family run business that helps locals. Eric and his team came out to measure right away and the next day I had 4 new screen doors built and installed.
They fit perfectly and the price was very reasonable.

I was initially hopeful about my experience with Lantana Screen Doors & Windows. The representatives who came out to measure my windows for screens were pleasant, and I appreciated their professionalism. The provided quote for services was reasonable, leaving me optimistic about moving forward with the project.However, my optimism quickly turned into frustration as communication became a significant issue. After receiving the quote, it was as if Lantana Screen Doors & Windows disappeared into thin air. I sent an email immediately expressing my desire to proceed with the services, but to my dismay, there was no response. I followed up with two more emails, each increasingly urgent, yet still, there was complete silence on their end.Adding to the frustration, the representatives had informed me during the initial visit of a personal emergency, which I was sensitive to and understood. However, despite the personal circumstances and understanding, the outcome remained the same - a lack of responsiveness and no progress on the project.This lack of communication is particularly unfortunate because I had contacted them well before the onset of cool weather, hoping to have the screens in place before it arrived. Now, due to their unresponsiveness, I find myself in the inconvenient position of having to search for another company that values communication and can get the job done in a timely manner.While the initial interaction was promising and I generally did like the individuals that came out, the sudden disappearance and lack of follow-through, have left me disappointed and inconvenienced. I would caution others to consider the potential communication challenges before choosing Lantana Screen Doors & Windows for their services.

This is the worst company to deal with on the earth and this company is not professional at all, They have the worst customer service. The owner Eric is arrogant and rude. Please stay away from this company.

Ordered 5 screens on Friday before 11am. Was told they would be ready Saturday afternoon. Want able to pick them up till Thursday. 3 of the 5 screens were built 1/2 inch wider and longer than ordered. The 2 screens that fit, bow in on the frames. Honestly, could have done a better job myself, buying the parts from home depot.

Excellent company to work with. They were very accommodating as we needed to coordinate their work with another project and they made sure everything went smoothly. I searched for weeks trying to find the window operating mechanisms for some awning windows for a house built in the 1950’s to no avail.Lantana Screen Doors & Windows was my last resort. Within minutes, Eric told me the window manufacturer and had 3 operators in stock at half the price from other shops who said they would have to order them if they could even find them.THIS SHOP IS THE BEST!,, Great customer service! Go ahead with your bad self Eric!!! Yes!!
