I have 2 units here, one I got back in 2015 and the other one I got in June of 2022…my first one was $89. Per month and the rent is now $159…just a drive up and only 5’ -12’, the 2nd one I had to get after my husband passed away was $169. Drive up and it’s 10’-11’ and the rent has gone up 5 or 6 times and it’s now $279. It’s less than 2 years ago. There’s no AC in either one of them and I can’t opt out of the insurance even though they have cameras so I’m stuck paying for it, but I’m definitely going to look into another facility because this is ridiculous.The customer service was great, but the rental hikes are too much…

Rhada is the best in customer service. She is kind, considerate, hard working and takes the time to understand her customers! She’s a Gem. I hope she is appreciated by her company, as she is appreciated by her customers! 7 years Ive rented and she was here from day one! That speaks volumes and gives a sense of security with my belongings!

Called back in to see if unit size was available had the pleasure of speaking to Israel at first; The store associate Charles was also quite pleasant with helping me choose my unit.
