Worst customer service ever.

This place has an employee who can be bought off to sell a ROOTED PHONE to a customer they KNEW was coming in to purchase one. These metro pcs employees are all susceptible to being offered money from another party to allow said party to root android phone and give them total access to that phone which 3rd 0arty is buying. How do i know? It happened to me here and another metro on dixie. These kids working in these metro pcs' are gullible, naive and willing to take a bribe for business practice they KNOW is wrong!

MY STEPDAD CAME HERE TO PAY HIS BILL, THE STORE CLERK ADDED HOME INTERNET WITHOUT MY STEPDAD KNOWING, THE EMPLOYEE KEPT THE INTERNET FOR HIMSELF WITHOUT MY STEPDAD KNOWING UNTIL THE BILL CAME THE FOLLOWING MONTH THIS STORE HAVE UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE AND IT MAKES YOU QUESTION THE PHONE COMPANY DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND IF YOU DO YOU BETTER PAY ATTENTION AND GO AS FAR AS CALLING METRO TO INSURE NO CHANGES WEAR MADE BECAUSE HE BYPASSED ALL THAT ON MY STEPDAD PHONE THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND MABY A POLICE REPORT AS FRAUD WAS COMMITTED

If I could give a 0 I would. Brought a phone on 7/23/2023. I originally had a T Mobile REVVL 5G which worked great for many years. They talk me into purchasing a TCL 30XE5G. I had nothing but issues with that phone. Picture quality was bad, I lost a lot of incoming & outgoing calls, speaker sound very bad. etc. My wife convinced me to turn it for a better phone. Went to the store, my sales person started talking in Spanish to the next sales person which I thought was very disrespectful. And then they told me because I have an account with METRO PCS that any phone I purchased was considered an upgrade and there is NO REFUNDS on UPGRADES and the 14 day return policy does not matter. They told me I could try and cell the 6 day old cell phone. I asked if there was a corporate number that I can call, the sales person said, it use to be on Jog Road & Lake Worth, but now it's closed. He said they only have the small stores. I call T-Mobile knowing that they are a totally different company just to ask them their policy on account holders return policy. They said you have 14 days to return your phone. So, with that said, my wife and I will be switching to T-Mobile today 7/28/2023. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IT FELT LIKE SOMEONE ROBBED ME. NEVER AGAIN.

Went to upgrade phone and upgrade price was a different price than what was shown on display. Spoke with manager Joel and the manager did not want to honor the price on display. He stated he is not the owner and was unable to change the price in the system and can only change the price on the display! Disappointed in the customer service! Upgrade price is 299.99 on display for a Galaxy A53 5G and they were telling me that the total was $500+ BIG difference! Prices on display are fishing!!!

I went to retail to purchase a new device. The rep Josely has a scheme going on where they tell all these accessories are free. I reviewed my receipt and was charged for the accessories totalling 100.66 I never asked for. I even was told I have to pay for the Sim card for the new device when it's free. I was told by the store manager they only sale phones as a bundle. I never told that before purchase. I request a refund of everything. Store manager declined, mind you I never left the store. The receipt states 14 days in device and accessories. I given a address for Corp and advised maybe they can help you. I even watch store manager send customer personal info to someone to get an account number from another carrier just to get a port in sale on two lines. I am very upset
