On June 7, 2025, I stayed at Motel 6 Lantana with my family, including young children. Upon arrival, the area had a strong odor of marijuana, and there were several people outside the property speaking and screaming very loudly.
Inside the room, we found dirty towels, a broken toilet, and extremely poor hygiene conditions the shower was stained, and the floor was visibly dirty. Due to these conditions, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying at the property.
We immediately reported the situation to the front desk, requested a refund, and were issued a refund receipt. We were told the refund would be processed within one week. However, over two months have passed, and the refund has not been credited to my account.
I have called the hotel with no answer. still waiting for refund

I used my credit card for one night and I was charged twice and was threatened to get kicked out on a trespassing

Just checked in and wish we hadn’t. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and property by pool smelled from weed. Also some very sketchy people walking around. Room was nasty, door barely closed! Place needs a ton of updating to be considered acceptable. I got less than what I paid for. Have stayed in Motel 6 before and never had issues!!!!

Hated it
Safety: I got a refund and left the next morning that should tell you enough
Walkability: All the air conditioning units were leaking and there were buckets of water everywhere there was no way to even move your luggage from the parking lot even though I parked in the wheelchair disability section I had to walk my stuff all the way to my room which took about 10 trips I didn't feel safe with all the homeless people wandering around hollering there's too much noise at night and when I open the door in the morning there's a big dead cockroach right there it was gross!!

I think Motel 6 in Lantana is a great place to stay. I’ve been here for a few weeks and I’m really enjoying the friendliness of the ppl here and my room is great! Mimi is exceptional

My hubby and I have been staying here going on almost a month now and have been really enjoying our experience. From the management , and the staff is amazing ! Especially Ashley , she always makes sure to ask how our visit is going & help with anything we may need . The housekeepers are amazing as well. I’d definitely stay here again if needed !

Mimi it’s a great worker. She works so hard around here that she is loved by everyone around here. She does everything you see her she’s here and she’s there whatever you need she made sure you get it. If I had my own business, I would hire her myself. Excellent worker.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.The staff were super polite and very customer service oriented. The rooms were very accommodating with clean beds, towels, and sheets . Kid and pet friendly. It's a pretty busy area with lots to do. I would recommend ?

If the staff had not been so friendly and polite this would be a 1 star review.
The location is great, but this is the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in quaily wise.
The bed was clean and comfortable, but the floors were dirty, the room smelled of mold/mildew, the curtains had a thick layer of dust, there were cobwebs above the curtains, the wall above the TV looked scorched, the bathroom wall looked rotten, the bathtub didn't drain right, the bathtub know was metal and peeling and I cut my hand, the bathroom door did not shut properly and my son was stuck in there for 15 minutes.
Walkability: Can walk to a McDonald's and a gas station.
