My husband and I have both been going to Nails by Cindy for nearly two years (him for pedicures, me for both) and it's always been a pretty good experience -- until two weeks ago. I called to make an appointment and was told I could come right in. So, I did. I was already one block away. When I arrived, I realized Cindy (the owner) and her husband were not there. I was told they were overseas on a family vacation. Very good. That day one of the more veteran women was in charge. I was taken right away to get my fill. It was a little rushed, but that was okay because I needed to get back to work. After the fill, I was taken to the chair for a pedicure, the bowl was filled with plain water and the tech left to do the nails of a woman who had just walked in and who seemingly was one of his regular customers. Meanwhile, I just sat there. Perplexed, I asked of anyone was going to do my pedicure. I received no answer to my question; instead they responded to each other in Vietnamese. The woman who had come in and who was now preparing to have a manicure apologize to me and asked the nail tech if he wanted to finish with me first. She seemed to be fully aware of the awkwardness and unprofessional behavior of the nail tech and the inter manager. Well, I dried my feet off and left. I was livid. I was traveling the next day to a beach vacation and so had to leave without a pedicure. I complained to the woman who was in charge and she was unapologetic and, frankly, rude. Honestly, it was the first time I'd ever felt a tinge of racism at the salon. It's three weeks later now and I haven't been back. And it's too bad. I like Cindy, her husband and most of the nail techs.

Cindy’s Nails is a hidden little gem. They do a great job the salon is very clean and they do waxing as well. In the summer they get very busy but to me it’s worth the wait. I took away one star only because they have one technician there, she’s a sweet little older lady, however I don’t think she can see well because every time I get my toes done by her the polish looks like I did it myself (edges over the cuticle, messy). This last time she cracked the side of my nail with some tool. Somehow the last few times I’ve went there she gets assigned to me - The other techs are all amazing- stop on by just keep in mind my advice!!!!

I finally found my nail tech! Mi Mi is amazing! She was so gentle with my sensitive nails- but also insanely immaculate work- her attention to detail is on point ! I’ve never had such great and quick nail work - thank you Mi Mi! 💅🏽🫶🖤

This place is awesome. Each technician is exceptionally skilled. They are great with walk-ins! 2 sweet chihuahuas running about. Relaxing music and felt like the pedi massage was longer than ample. Highly recommend!! Awkward hand/nail poses included 🤪🤪🤪

Lady completely messed up my eyebrows, didn’t even offer to fix it, made me bleed, and was rushing the service. normally when i go it’s nice, but this time was awful. will not be returning.

They are very racist, and they delete reviews. so they can have a 4.0 stars when people complain about the same thing. They are rude and they are frauds. The make up prices when you look at their price list it's not matching. You will end up paying almost double what your suppose to pay. I'm going to report them to the bbb. They do not need to be open. They favor other and are very bias. If you are not rich and Caucasian you will be treated poorly.

This place does not don’t cater well to the colored population group and it’s very obvious. My friend went to this shop today, For a fill in from the set she got last week. She had two broken nails. She went to go get a fill and they charged her $60. Last week she got a fresh new set for $50 same design different color. When she asked Cindy (Owner) why did she have to pay more, She said a fill is $28 and each nail is $5 from what is missing and gel is $10 and Design is $10. So why wasn't she charged last week for a more expensive price if that's how you do it? It doesn't make sense that a fill is more expensive than a full set..

I recently got my nails done from them and within a week I had broken two nails. So I went to go get a fill and this is not my first time getting a fill. I got the same design just in a different color. When I went to go pay a front usually it's around $40. The owner Cindy claims that this time is $60. When I ask her for the breakdown, she says it's $10 for each nail for gel. And because I had broken two nails to replace, those is five dollars each. And for the design, it was an extra $10. Multiple times I have gotten my nails done from them usually the same design just in different colors. French tips typically. What today I was oddly shocked that I got charged $60 with a $20 increase from what I usually pay. When I had confronted her about the increase and tries to understand where the extra payment was going Too. She basically was trying to rush me out. So then I had a With the same predicament that I was in. And when she explained she claimed that it would only be $33. Because her fillings are $28 original. So then I had to call her back to understand why her price would be different than mine when I just got my nails done. She got annoyed and basically was like. Have a good day. I have been to the shop multiple times, but today will be the last day. If you're going to make up prices, at least make it make sense and be the same price for everyone.

The nails themselves are okay but the experience was not good, the lady cut my finger with the buffer because she was too busy looking around the room and rushing my service. Did not say a single word to me either, fairly clean place but you should focus on your current customers instead of rushing to fit in as many as possible, especially since I had an appointment and was there on time, versus a random walk-in. Also price is too expensive for simple color no extensions or cutting or filing
