Worst, slowest, most lazy deli department I've ever been to when it comes to Publix. They make Publix a disgrace

Publix is Publix, but two things: First, did you know that if you go to the bakery counter with a child, the child can get a free cookie? And if you are an adult, and say you want to buy just 4 (or even just 2) of the Publix-baked cookies instead of two dozen: Just bring the box of 2 dozen to the bakery counter, let them know, and they will open the box and put however many you want in a container and price that container appropriately! All with a smile! Second: Non-alcoholic beer is one of (if not the #1) fastest growing beverage segment in America. Publix is keeping pace. In just the past 6 months, their selection of non-alcoholic brews has increased 5-fold! If you are new to the category, I recommend Athletic Brewing Co's Run Wild IPA.

Morning review on my Publix close yo work. It's PI Day and as a teacher, I need supplies for an activity! So I venture into this Publix for some Oreo Cookies. As I walked through the center entrance, there in front of my stood a basket of warm fresh French Bread. If it weren't craving that before I walked in, I was definitely wanting it when I picked it up. In the basket were tubs of garlic spread and everything toppings. So, the Bakery marketing worked on their first customer through the door!! I grabbed a list and some spread.Went straight to the cookie aisle and saw Oreos on sale. Grabbed 2 and went to checkout. The entire morning visit was quick and efficient. At work, I tried the bread as my breakfast. Although, it was warm and crusty, it did not have the taste of a baguette. It was okay, but not what I'd expected. I guess I need to get my fresh bread from Aoili.

The pharmacist was rude and refused to answer my question while picking up a prescription. We just switched from CVS pharmacy bc we moved, but we’ll be making the drive back. I called CVS and asked the same question and got an answer over the phone with no attitude or issues.

I can't believe that I've never reviewed my local Publix! This location is extremely convenient, in that it is located JUST east of I-95 on Lantana road. The plaza it is in is nothing to write home about, with continually shifting businesses. But the Pubix itself has a very large space, as well as a very large parking area. Inside, it is so large that there is ample spacing between everything! Specifically, at the far ends of the store, in the health and beauty area (with room for seasonal displays), and the wine and bakery section. Shopping here during the height of covid was never a problem! Even the front of the store has room for double stacked cash registers. This spaciousness is the exact opposite of the downtown Lake Worth Publix, where every space is maximized to its fullest, and it always seemed crowded. Therefore, although technically the downtown Publix might be closer to me in distance, the spaciousness of the Lantana Publix always calls to me! The natural/organic items in this store are more than ample. They used to be grouped together in their own section, but for years now they have been scattered into the appropriate grocery section they belong in. They are pretty reliable in carrying the natural items I use regularly. Likewise, they carry a lot of natural and greenwise items in the meat section. It seems like there is always some brand of grass fed beef on sale, and there is always either greenwise chicken or beef on sale. Lately, they do not however always have greenwise in the deli, nor even the greener Boar's head line, but that could be due to supply issues.

An excellent, well run pharmacy with an expert pharmacist who has been there for some years. The pharmacy at this Publix is always a pleasure to visit.

I live near this publix and am disappointed every time I use the deli. I order online for pick up because in person is SO slow. Today, they were out of tuna. They never called to inform me, so when I got there, I had to ask where is my sandwich. Oh, we're out of tuna. I asked if the seafood department had some and she said, "we don't do that". Don't do that??? Problem solve the tuna shortage in your department???? This is a supermarket with tuna and mayo in the GD aisles AND made in the seafood department. I grabbed the seafood tuna and brought it to the counter to which I said, I'll pay the extra...obviously (I'm pescaterian, so I don't eat cold cuts). Deli person, makes a veggie sub for me and I look at her and ask, are you going to put the tuna on the bread? She says, "you can do it." HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO PUT TUNA ON MY SANDWICH AT THE BEACH? Next time, I'll order from subway. The deli department is the worst, the women there didn't give a s*** about customer service AT ALL. Here's the thing, I ordered a tuna sub 3 weeks ago from the west palm publix located on Southern Blvd and Parker, the woman called me to inform me they were out of tuna and again, I asked if seafood had it. She checked and called me back and said no, but there was seafood salad, she would charge me the same price and if I didn't like it, she would give me my money back. I pi ked it up and it was in fact tuna fish that she had the seafood department make especially for me. That my friend is customer service. Lantana is the worst publix I've ever been in.
