Had the best publix experience today. I am offered carts to pull in starting the parking lot and helped out to find my items on endless aisles. Wanted to deliver my appreciation before I took off from the parking lot where I was just told to have a good day ?

This store is very close to me and it’s well run, huge and clean. Unfortunately, their prices are very high, so I only shop there for certain things like Diet Coke, BOGOS and Ken’s salad dressing. Otherwise I’m pretty much an Aldi shopper because it’s about 30% less overall. But Publix is doing all right without me, they made $1.5 billion of profit in the first quarter of 2024. Period they have the ability to raise prices as much as they want.

This is a great Publix, it's large, has an extensive variety of products and every employee is so friendly. I am located closer to several other Publix locations but always come to this one for my shopping.

Deli needs better service. It doesn't take 20 minutes for one person to make a sandwich. Manager and other staff need to help when working with slower staff. Also need to learn how to make the veggie option sandwiches- with fried avocado. I should have asked for a discount.

This Publix is pleasant enough and closer than the one at Hypoluxo and Congress. However, the latter is less expensive and has more of a selection.
Pardon the expression but management at the Lantana location is 'nickel and dimeing(sic)' its clientele. That is, everytime I walk in the door, many of the items I like are anywhere from 5 to 20 cents more expensive than the week before.
I just don't understand this approach to doing business..

Clean atmosphere.
Doesn't smell like a Butcher Meat shop like when you walk into one of the spanish grocery store's.Friendly Associates.Aisles ate meat. Clean and orfanized.Shelves were alittle low in areas on products.

Awesome Publix store location. Clean, well-kept, organized, interesting and thoughtful layout, overall amazing shopping experience. The employees are wonderful, readily answering questions or even providing guidance when I appear lost or distressed. Of course, I always appreciate having my questions answered effectively and efficiently, and being helped cheerfully in all departments at this particular store (Store #817). Shout out to Jennifer at self-checkout, and to Dennis the store manager. Thank you to the customer service desk for educating me while also providing a variety of services to customers. I wish you all the best of success and prosperity!
