This is one of the nicest gas stations around. There's always someone cleaning and doing maintenance. The walk in beer freezer is well stocked, the hot food options are plentiful, and the ice is reasonably priced. One of the best things about the local race track is that it's staff always remain cool and kind under pressure. We've had the privilege of having shar and Sara both help us out with unusually large cigarette requests, and they've been inhumanly patient and helpful. They got my mom to download the racetrac app, and start saving. She doesn't see well so it's unusual for her to use her phone that way, but she's so excited to try this one. They make every visit so easy and fun.

In my opion.People that work there are bias and judgmental and rude..This is a store that likely customers will not visit alot if they have to deal with staff.

I come in everyday between 4 and 5 for My gas, cigarettes and sometimes a beverage and food, the young lady sara is always there with a smile on her face and always very helpful, and willing if they don't have My carton of cigarettes she will go in the back to find them, very friendly, and welcoming, but also if I go other times depending on who's there they try to rush you in and out and always have to remind them to let me put my phone number in other then that best gas station it's the only place I will go for everything I need because they always make sure I'm greeted and have the items I want

Cashier was too busy on her watch with a personal phone call and had a line of people. They also refuse to except a roll of quarters sayung they cantdrop them in the safe. Don't think it's ever a great idea to talk about the stores safe to anyone. Awful custom service

They close everything down so they don't have to do any work, that new girl sara rose with all the piercings in her face that works evenings/nights is terrible and rude and always saying what she can't do, on top of calling customers honey and baby and everything but sir and ma'am. Whoever runs the store does a poor job on top of the cashiers never pay attention, they just talk to each other and don't realize the people stealing or handing over tobacco products to people in the self checkout line then going back to their conversations with others and obviously the people they hand it to are not paying for it because they need dob approval from the cashier first. Unless they do realize it, they just don't care or are in on it.

Poor customer service I won’t ever go there again I drive extra miles to go to a better racetrack location they are not friendly and the coffee machine are always broken I try tell them they acted like they didn’t care there’s was no breakfast sandwiches out so I don’t highly recommend this location

All three employees standing around talking to eachother. I asked a simple question and the little girl Maria comes from around the counter to tell me I’m wrong!! He was so rude and arrogant ! She needs to be fired

I wish I could give a zero. I have been going there for three years. I stopped in after a Christmas event. I was talking to my daughter and I guess someone walked up. I was talking and not paying attention. I am not sure if this really happened, but the cashier began to accuse me of purposely skipping someone- which I would never do. Honestly, I am pretty confident he was not there when I stood in line looking at the candy before paying. But who cares, right? I mean I would never skip someone. But she made me feel like a piece of dirt and had the whole head nod going on as she spoke to me in a condescending tone. My immediate reaction was to feel that she was accusing me of being racist and cutting in line in front of someone on purpose (I am white). Needless to say, I complained to the manager. While I spoke to the manager, she was carrying on with a customer and laughing as if to laugh at me being upset at her accusation. She should be fired!!! I only stop for gas now. I don't want to step foot inside the building again. I go to WAWA. WAWA is the best.
