SeacoastBank had been my home bank for over 10 years! Both my mom and I have banked at SeacoastBank and love it. Specifically the Lantana Branch, which always has amazing employees. Ms.Linda has always been there for my mom and I. For example, one time I forgot my account number, I phoned the bank, and Ms.Linda provided it to me within seconds. I'm so grateful to be banking with such a wonderful bank. I highly recommend banking with SeacoastBank . Let them know know that my review sent you! Happy banking!! :)

Run run away because they are slow and will steal your money!Enrolled me in overdraft protection without my consent or knowledgeOver the next 2 days charge over $240 in overdraft reduction feesI tried to resolve this on my phone and in person then they locked my account while still having over $1000 in it.They Stole $311.

I suffered an entire week of extreme nervousness which affected me physically by causing me cramps in my stomach region & lack of sleep because Seacoast Bank chose to treat issues regarding a Line of Credit through ultimatims, demands, & threats of legal action. Economic stress can truly be horrible! More important than the financial result is how my bank treats me.

My corporation made all payments on a credit line to Seacoast Bank in the most timely & cooperative way possible for almost Four years. Seacoast bank repaid that customer loyalty by demanding payment in full of $ 39,000 with only a few days advance notice. The only alternative aggressive Small Business Unit representatives Marc Heraux & Phillip Fitzpatrick offered before referring to collections agent Gary Hart was tripling the payments I made for years of interest only to approximately $ 756 per month. For years, Seacoast Bank was courteous to me. Recently, Seacoast Bank started to turn the other way by putting a $ 150 charge on statements without specifying whether the charge was principal payments or a fee. I called, and they did not want to specify what the payment was for. My expectation from a courteous bank was to receive a call before increasing monthly payments. That did not occur. Then, Marc Heraux spent Two months trying to contact me unsuccessfully because he did not check bank records as to my updated contact information. When I realized I should be contacting him, I was met by ultimatims and threats immediately.

Best bank i have ever had. the branch on lantana is the best. people are very nice and will help with what ever then can. no star reveiw because the 1-800 number people are jerks.

Cute, small facility. I was the only customer. Pleasant service and efficient. They had Christian music station playing on the radio which I found a bit off-putting. Otherwise fine.
