I tried to go there last week..sat at the order menu for good 10 mins before finally driving up to the window sat there for another 10 mins never once did an employee come to the window to acknowledge me..after 25 mins i just drove off...tried again yesterday sat at the menu for 10 mins said hello twice again no acknowledgement...drive up to the window...guy opens the window an says sorry we're closed for renovations...i said there's no signs on the drive threw saying that and i sat there for ten mins all he said was ohh sorry and closed the window smh...i used to really like going there most everytime its been fine..Im a patient person...i know they have customers inside too but to not be knowledged after sitting there for so long is just rude....

Went here and Barbara and Duvaldene were the workers. I asked so when I wrote this everyone would know who was working. Greeted as soon as entered. A bit of a wait because they took their time with the customers ahead of me. Then they also took their time with me. To me that's good service.

Last time I order something from this place. After placing an order online, it arrived 30 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready and they still kept me waiting for 1 hour to place my order, which was only 4 footlongs. In addition to that, without vegetables and paying for the most expensive sub series and giving me little meat. A real lack of respect.

They are the only one that I know that has a drive-thru window. They also have buy 2 subs get the third one for free. We go every week. The servers are most pleasant and the food is always exceptional! Thank you Lantana Subway. You have out did yourself with us. We are going to get three subs now. See you soon!

Dear Subway Corporate Office,I am writing to complain about an experience I had at your Subway restaurant at 1499 S Dixie Hwy Lantana FL 33462 on November 13, 2023 at 8:30 PM.I walked into the restaurant to order a sandwich, but the employee told me that the dining room was closed. I offered to go to the drive-thru, but he told me that it was also closed because he was on break.I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at your Subway restaurant. I understand that the employee was on break, but it is unacceptable to close the entire restaurant to customers during business hours.The sign on the door of the restaurant clearly states that it closes at 10:00 PM. However, the employee refused to serve me at 8:30 PM. This is a clear breach of Subway's advertised business hours and a violation of customer trust.I am a regular customer at Subway, and I have always been happy with the service I have received. However, this experience has left me very disappointed. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I have always liked this store but this time I was disappointed. I ordered teriyaki sub, the bread was not very fresh. Cheese choice mozzarella was charged extra. So my half sub end up costing $11.

Ive been to this Subway 3 times..I finally give up. The person who is always there (maybe manager/maybe owner) is very friendly, but my order is always wrong. Today takes the cake though. 1 spicey Italian which was made properly, and 2 Philly Cheesteaks. The Philly Cheeses are supposed to have meat onions and cheese. Try having no cheeses a sprinkle of meat and lettuce tomato cucumbers tomato's and olives ..on a philly. I tried calling but their phone number goes to a car dealership, and when I got their real number it just rings. I will say this as well...the slowest Subway Ive ever been to..avoid this location.

They have a sign that states "buy two footlongs, get the third free," but when you ask for it, they say it's no longer available. If so, then take down the sign!!
