“From time to time I stop in and purchase cigars. This time I walked in and was immediately greeted by Joe. He is truly a host. Joe, walked me into the humidor and gave me an education on cigars. I purchased several cigars, which I would have never of tried. I ended up smoking a cigar there and having a few drinks. Oh, BTW I now love the cigars I purchased.
Highly recommend this lounge.”

“Out of all the vape stores surrounded by my house, Urban elements has the best prices. Always in stock, always nice and clean, and the customer service is always on point. For as long as I live here this will be my spot??”
“THIS SHOULD BE YOUR GO TO FOR ALL THINGS. Junior is so kind. He will answer all of your questions even if you don't make a purchase. If you have questions, just go to this store. He knows about every single product that he has to offer. Bonus he's not pushy, he will not push you into trying to buy something, and he normally does a little free gift with purchase as well. Every time I have a question about something that's where I go. It doesn't matter what your tastes are. He has answers and products for everyone. It is definitely worth the trip.”
“One of the most flavorful, great tasting bourbon infused cigars that I have ever tasted. The owner was a wonderful man who took the time to explain his cigar making process. The entire store smelt amazing. He cut my cigar and gave me a light even. Can't wait to go back and purchase more.”

“This is a very nice little cigar shop. I went there while in west Palm beach. I went while out and about on my mobility scooter with time to burn before I had to catch a flight. Met the shop owner and had him pick me out 4 cigars. I sat there and smoked on the first one for about 40 minutes while talking to the owner. Extremely nice man to sit and chat with. I will be getting him to ship me some to Kentucky. The cigars were very fresh and good that he picked me out.
Thank You
Nick”
