My feedback for the actual business itself is to maybe add stamp cards or rewards for your customers. It’s a fun way to market and encourages customers to keep coming back! It’s also a great way to show appreciation to your customers.

“tbh I don’t usually write reviews especially when a place encourages it because that’s kind of fake to me, but the experience I had at The Chill Room in Lake Worth with my girl was on another level, and that’s entirely because of that dude Ian
From the moment we sat down, he wasn’t just taking orders, he was running that bar with intention, bro got it fr. His knowledge was elite. Whether it was kava, kratom, specialty drinks, food options he broke everything down clearly and confidently, to a point where I was thinking this guy owned the place. No guessing, no fluff. You could tell he actually understands what he’s serving and takes pride in it, bro needs to get a share of the stock or something.
What really separated him though was his attentiveness. He wasn’t reactive he was proactive 24/7. Dude scanned the room constantly, anticipating needs before we even asked. We never had to flag him down once. Even while juggling multiple guests, he made us feel like we had his full attention, and not in a “you need to buy something to be in here” type of vibe. That kind of awareness and composure is management-level service. And honestly kava bars typically have like creepy vibes where it’s like kind of weird and awkward 24/7 this place is completely different, I won’t say it’s only because of this guy but he definitely made a huge impact.
Alright last thing I’ll mention is the food, and keep in mind most bars just throw together freezer food. I can’t completely vouch for the food here because he made it and he could’ve been the main factor in it coming out really good, but he said it was good outside of that (I’ll come back and test it with a different bartender and see haha)
Anyways bro made me a sandwich that was straight up gassssssssss. Not “good for a bar” genuinely fire, I never could order something like this at Wawa, it was the Stromboli by the way with mayo, if you order something else don’t blame me lol. But yeah It didn’t feel rushed or thrown together, It felt intentional, bro went from barista to papa John’s to smoothie king in like an hour, when he made my girl an açaí bowl.
he customized it exactly to her liking and really made it like he was about to eat it himself. He asked questions, adjusted toppings, made recommendations, and dialed it in until it was perfect for her. That extra effort matters honestly cause most kava bartenders are high or drunk tbh this guy was alert on point and super cool. U can tell that bro actually wanted us to leave impressed. And we did.
That’s the difference between someone who works a shift and someone who builds loyalty, this is the type of guy I’d want to take from this company and get him hired somewhere else just off of morals and values and work ethic, definitely can trust him, probably gonna ask him for his number tbh. The energy he brought to the room elevated everything. Calm, confident, welcoming, but sharp and efficient. No ego. No laziness, just god level hospitality, bro is really built different fr.

“Nick is incredible- I have really only ever gone to glass chamber and they introduced me to this specific vape juice that I’ve now been obsessed with for years and the only thing I can vape, except it is very hard to find as it sells out quickly and no other vape stores carry it. I started ordering online in bulk but times have been tough so I’ve gone back to buying one at a time in-store. But bc it’s so tricky to find I always call in advance to make sure it’s in stock and EVERY time Nick has been WONDERFUL! If for whatever reason they don’t have it, he’ll tell me which of their locations do have it, he’ll also order it for me and reach out when it’s arrived, and he is so reliable that today I specifically called his location in hopes he was there to speak with him and sure enough, he was. And as always, he was so helpful, made a few calls and checked on some things for me and is working on helping me find and get my juice. My specific issues aside, it’s the fact Nick is so patient with me, so kind, and so willing to help. Not to mention, he’s so educated on the products. Yes, the stores themselves are great and I highly recommend going to check them out but I wanted to leave this review for Nick bc he truly is a saint for always putting up with me. I can’t thank him enough! Even if there’s a closer location, I’d suggest going to the okeechobee store if you’re looking for help or suggestions and for someone to be patient and kind and knowledgeable!”
