I sat for 10 min looking at the perfume case. An employee comes up but doesn’t ask if I need help. She’s on the phone video chatting someone showing them all the wonderful products and sales they have. I go to checkout the items I did have and asked the girl up front to ask if I could get some help in cosmetics. She was great asked for someone to help me. I went back over to cosmetics. 4 employees looked directly at at me while I was standing in front of the perfume case wanting to spend over $100. not one asked if I needed help. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

I have always liked the people who work here. I think they are professional. However, the pharmacy closes so early. I saw one post that said 9? But I think it is earlier than that. Yes I am aware it is Sunday today. But please update your hours on the website?

This pharmacy is a joke and the staff might have a collective 2 brain cells to be shared amongst them all. Stacy, you’re an awful manager and should consider early retirement. You’re not capable of handling people’s medications. I heard the dollar store is hiring. Maybe you’d be a better fit there. If that doesn’t work for you, you should just leave the work force as you’re as useless as they come.

Terrible customer service. Two pharmacists told me over the phone my prescription was ready, but when I got there, they had no idea what I was talking about. The pharmacist was rude and demeaning. I had a coupon and instead of helping me or explaining, she was snobby and said with a sneer, "You can't do that." I'm def changing my pharmacy.

Apparently, they had an issue today at this, Walgreens and it caused everything to go down. I had a prescription that I needed so my stepdad tried to pick it up, they said they’d call me as soon as it was back up. That was over three hours ago so I tried calling twice and got hung up on. Turns out the Internet is not working. Therefore, it automatically does that. So I came up here to pick up my Prescription in hopes that they would be able to charge it to my card on file. I was told that they could not do that, and I had to pay cash. So, I went across the street and grabbed a couple of things and got cash back. I came back, and the look of disgust on the employees face when I said I was back with cash, in my hand, you could clearly see it. He was so unprofessional, you would’ve thought that I was “putting him out“ with the way he acted. So I said, “I’m confused, I thought you guys said I could bring cash back and I could pick up my prescription”. The pharmacist then looked at me and said no it’s fine. I asked him to look your name up, which wasn’t my problem, my problem was, is that when she asked him to do that, he had already turned around to her and said something under his breath. All I’m saying, is I’ve worked in customer service before and if ever treated a customer like that, I would’ve been reprimanded immediately. I get things happen, that’s not my issue, it’s how the employee responded to me! Therefore, Nathaniel needs a serious wake up, call on how to treat customers.

Every time I come to the pharmacy it takes 30 minutes until I’m waited on. Pharmacy tech avoids you at all costs. Makes you feel like a bother when picking up prescriptions. Took over a week to get my prescription filled, and I had to follow up with them in order for them to fill it. They have no idea why it wasn’t filled so they decided to reach out to another store to get my prescription which took an additional two days .

I just took the time and read all the other reviews. And they are honest-to-God the truth. Another worse thing about this Store is that you are put on. Hold forever in the pharmacy. And when they finally get through to you, they hang up. Do you have to call back and sit all that time again? And it happens 3 or 4 times I walk there from my house in lantana and my phone was still on hold music. Avoid at all costs.

I kind of understand why my prescription had been waiting for four hours and still not ready and they say another hour and a half but what I don’t understand is why the clerk is so rude and not at all comforting when addressing you. She made me feel like it’s my fault the app said it would be ready by a certain time but it’s not. I’m sure she gets a lot of backlash from angry customers but when you’re in customer service you don’t take it out on all your customers. Also just a little tip, a smile goes a long way but a frown sticks with you!

By far the worst worst worst do not fill prescriptions here. Only person who is competent is Jessica everyone else is useless. Always a wait and this whole place is a disaster
