i don’t leave reviews normally but i had an awful experience with one of the employees at this store. faith (the employee) had one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever witnessed she spoke down to a customer and even her own coworkers. i was absolutely appalled by her behavior. nobody should be spoken to the way she was speaking to these people. the store manager should have a serious sit down with her about the way she treats the people around her.

At a time where Florida is experiencing one of the worst set backs in women’s rights this Walgreens pharmacy refused to fill my birth control. Florida’s new abortion laws bans most abortions after 6 weeks. Many pregnancies will go unnoticed longer than that. Walgreens goes further risking women’s safety by also denying women’s rights to contraception. The lady at the pharmacy said it was their policy not to fill my prescription. It’s been two weeks since I attempted to fill my prescription and if I become pregnant unfortunately that will be a situation that will leave my family financially devastated. Florida put a ban on women’s rights and Walgreens took a step further into the war against women.

Manager Doug is a rock star! Calm cool, collected, and expertly customer focused. Thank you for taking care of me this afternoon, after the cashier with the bad attitude was decidedly unwilling to do so. This is a 1-star review that Doug turned into a 4-star. This man deserves a raise!

Had a stomach ache and this was the first place I found with a public bathroom. The place looked like a scene out of a SAW movie. I couldn’t hold it any longer so I just closed my eyes, did my business, wiped once and left. Got a tetanus shot the next day. Clean better next time!

The literal worst pharmacy. Very sad to witness. They are incompetent and rude. They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve sat inside and heard the phone just ring and they never answer! You will wait days even weeks to pickup your prescription and you can’t get updates. If you need your medication please don’t send it to this pharmacy. It could cost you a lot because you are unable to retrieve the medication you need. Truly dispicable!!! After being a customer for years I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy ever again. Very much below par!! Sad!!!

I see this location has a lot of bad review and the keep the same I been using Walgreens farmacy for like 10 years this the frist time I have a hard time with this people bad bad bad service I will not recommend this place

This is the worst Walgreens location I have ever been. It is the third time that I am supposed to pick up some medicine for my child, I give them more than enough time to prepare my meds (sometimes 12 hrs) and when I get there I wait in line 30 mins on the drive way and when I get to the window they tell me to come back in half an hourToday I waited one hour, went to pick up the medicine and GUESS WHAT?? It was NOT READYAre you kidding me??! My child has respiratory issues and I have to wait for the medicine because this pharmacy is soooo unprofessional????

This pharmacy has gone down the drain. They just leave patients hanging with zero updates on rx status. Some are nice, but a lot are rude and unhelpful.

I was placed on hold by someone in the pharmacy department for almost 17 minutes. No one asked my name, what I needed, just keep putting me on hold. Just trying to get information regarding my daughter's prescription.

Is this the fastest Walgreen drive thru? No... Is this location usually out of stock on sale items or unable to find whatever you're looking for? Yes... Does it always seem like there's someone new behind the register? Yes again... Is the pharmacy typically out of medicines and puts you on back order without warning or notification? Also yes... But it's the closest one to my house and they try their best to make customers happy. So I am.
