Had a stomach ache and this was the first place I found with a public bathroom. The place looked like a scene out of a SAW movie. I couldn’t hold it any longer so I just closed my eyes, did my business, wiped once and left. Got a tetanus shot the next day. Clean better next time!

The literal worst pharmacy. Very sad to witness. They are incompetent and rude. They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve sat inside and heard the phone just ring and they never answer! You will wait days even weeks to pickup your prescription and you can’t get updates. If you need your medication please don’t send it to this pharmacy. It could cost you a lot because you are unable to retrieve the medication you need. Truly dispicable!!! After being a customer for years I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy ever again. Very much below par!! Sad!!!

I see this location has a lot of bad review and the keep the same I been using Walgreens farmacy for like 10 years this the frist time I have a hard time with this people bad bad bad service I will not recommend this place

This is the worst Walgreens location I have ever been. It is the third time that I am supposed to pick up some medicine for my child, I give them more than enough time to prepare my meds (sometimes 12 hrs) and when I get there I wait in line 30 mins on the drive way and when I get to the window they tell me to come back in half an hourToday I waited one hour, went to pick up the medicine and GUESS WHAT?? It was NOT READYAre you kidding me??! My child has respiratory issues and I have to wait for the medicine because this pharmacy is soooo unprofessional????

This pharmacy has gone down the drain. They just leave patients hanging with zero updates on rx status. Some are nice, but a lot are rude and unhelpful.

I was placed on hold by someone in the pharmacy department for almost 17 minutes. No one asked my name, what I needed, just keep putting me on hold. Just trying to get information regarding my daughter's prescription.

Unable to get my prescription that was sent here by my doctor. Terribly dissatisfied. I have called and been on hold in excess of 35 minutes. (I have screenshots in support of this) and still haven’t reached anyone regarding my prescription. I should have never sent my prescription here. I am sick and in pain with no relief. Thanks Walgreens. I should have know better based on my previous experience with this store. Did a curbside pick up here one day and the employee stood in front of my car and had an entire conversation with someone before giving me my order. On top of me having to call and wait for my order in the first place. Do yourself a favor and don’t send your prescriptions or do curbside here. It’s not even worth it.

The worst Walgreens pharmancy store in the area. I been waiting for my prescription deliver for the past three (3) day. No-show. I called the pharmacy concerning my missing prescription. They had the abdacity to tell me my prescription was delivered three (3) days ago. They called me back in less then 15 minutes that my prescription hasn't left the pharmacy. Calling the pharmacy for an update of my deliverer is USLESS.

The worst customer service, they deserve Zero star, placed an order online for delivery never received the order anytime i called asking for order they said they dont know what happened they cant issue refund and they cant send me replacement order, 3 times they hang up the phone on me, stay away from this crooks.

Extremely disappointed with the obvious lack of training! My encounter with an employee (Ernie ~Stock person) was beyond mortifying.My business has multiple locations, so it’s important for me to keep inventory and finances separate.While shopping I placed 6 humidifiers in my cart. 2 humidifiers were put in separate bags to keep my orders separated efficiently to not delay checking out. I also grabbed some extra bags when I walked in.Instead of approaching me respectfully and asking any questions he had, he abruptly turned on the aisle I was still shopping on and began rummaging through my cart without saying a word.He snatched my items out of the bags & said “you can’t have these bags, we’re running low”. It was obvious that wasn’t why. I said to him, if he had any concerns of theft, he could’ve asked me why my items were separated in such a way. He repeatedly stated it had nothing to do with theft, just a bag shortage.I then said when I go up front to pay aren’t my items going back in bags? He just stared….. I said “exactly”.Im positive had I been a white customer. This encounter would’ve played out very different!The manager wasn’t in store, but the young lady that spoke with me in the manager’s place was extremely apologetic while agreeing this should’ve been handled a lot better.Ernie is grown and Hispanic… you’d think he’d understand how important it is to have respect for everyone and treat them equally.I’d never have an issue with an employee asking a question or offering assistance. It was his entitlement In thinking he could approach me in such a way. He violated my personal space and wasn’t even intelligent enough to be honest in explaining his reasoning in doing what he thought was okay!Customer service at an all time LOW!

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The staff staff is unprofessional and extremely rude. This store has been ran poorly for years and should be shut down.

Terrible, terrible service. I wish I could put ZERO stars. The ladies in the back do not work collectively. I was waiting for ONE girl to look for my prescription, even though I got a message stating it was ready two hours prior to me picking it up. The poor girl was looking everywhere and not one person got up to help her. The lady who I’m assuming puts the prescriptions in the bags and completes it was just sitting on her behind, not worried about speeding up the process. After a long day from work, the last thing I want to do it wait in my car for 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription that was ready for pick up, two hours ago.
