raising rates astronomically, making up contracts as you go, certainly no one is being reasonable and could care less if a relationship is kept and service is maintained or increased along with a new heavy price tag for literally nothing in return... Well done, you're so big you've lost your desire to even care or interact with your customer base, we're just numbers and your executives will add to their PTO... Basically the crux of everything thats gone wrong in this country, no care, service, humanity, reasonableness, respect for the small business person, and no solutions just lip service which is just air at the end of the day.. Ty for showing me the real you though, I'll take the lesson regardless of how it was thrust upon me, lesson learned 👍

Great place to dump but the kid directing the trucks will almost always have the second scale closed off for practically no reason

I was replacing some fence at my home and didnt feel like driving to west palm beach to drop off some of the fence sections. Figured I would give this place a try because it's close. After making me buy a hard hat and vest for visibility which I can understand for safety they neglected to tell me at weigh-in they charge by the ton whether or not you have a full 2000lbs of debris to drop off. So I ended up paying almost $80 to drop 4 - 8ft sections of fence pickets that may have cost me $10 to $15 to drop off at the real dump in west palm. Had I known how much it was going to cost up front i never would have went here, I would have just paid SWA to pick them up in front of my house for a fraction of the price.

I've gone 3 weeks and no trash or recycle pick up I had huge piles of trash at my house for weeks and this company never called me back when they said they would worst management I've experienced
