What a great experience. These guys really know their stuff. I went and talked to George yesterday about a table. I bought it and he said he could deliver and set it up today. He followed through exactly as he said he would. Met him here at 1:00 and it was set up ready to play by 3:30. I highly recommend these guys.

They did a great job setting up, leveling, and felting my table. I am very happy with how it turned out and I have heard compliments from friends and family about how good it looks. After they were finished with the job, they took the time to give me tips on how to care for my pool table to keep it looking new as well as some ways to use it.George was so easy to communicate with and I will give him a text next time I need anything done with my pool table in the future.

I was scared to move my BABY/POOL TABLE, but when you want a TRUSTED pool table person in your home. This is the place to call. They were very careful and very responsive. The owner came out, during the holidays with an associate who was off that day, and moving residents mind you!! They flipped an impossibility heavy pool table like a couple of magicians (over 240 pounds) like a feather. We couldn't budge it, in our 50's with bad backs. The job was supposed to take four people, yet...the two of them did it in just minutes. They leveled it very professionally, taught us how to and offered free assistance in the future should we need it. Third generation family business that is treasured in this day and age. Keep up the great work!!!

Disassembled my pool table with the agreement he would reassemble when renovations were done. Told us to call when ready for reassembly and when we called he said "I don't do those tables" and now we are stuck at the last minute trying to find another company. Just unprofessional.

Knowing I just had questions, without repair. The owner of 8ball pool tables called me within the hour, talked with me and gave professional opinions, regarding a messy situation I am in with an air bnb host. The information he gave was helpful and he didn't rush or make me feel like a bother at all. THAT is customer service!!!!!!
