801 West Bay Center is an older but very well kept, clean and tidy office building. It is described as a decent, clean, and quiet place with a lovely and professional atmosphere. The value is considered unreal, with reasonably priced and nicely appointed conference rooms, making it a highly recommended virtual office in Pinellas. Parking is OK most days, the AC works 90% of the time, and it is pretty safe for receiving packages. However, the area around is pretty much dead, though revival efforts are noted. Some tenants report that staff willingness to service tenants can be underwhelming, and networking with other tenants is a drag as everyone tends to keep to themselves.

The only reason for going to West Bay Center is to visit my car insurance agency.

Got an office here, it’s decent - but the staff doesn’t seem to be on top of sending documents when needed/requested.
