We've been tenants of Jackie's for two and half years and I highly recommend her. She is great at what she does and she's just a wonderful person. While we weren't the most ideal tenants on paper, Jackie gave our family an opportunity to move into a beautiful home. We're incredibly grateful for her to give us a chance. The house was and still is very well maintained. If we ever need anything she's just a phone call away and acts immediately on whatever the issue is. While the housing and rental market is wild right now, she hasn't raised our rent so high that we're forced to move. Jackie goes above and beyond her job as a real estate professional and truly cares about people!

We have rented from Jackie of Acclivity Now for 7 years in the same home. We moved from San Diego to FL. Our experience with Jackie from the start has been wonderful. We hadn't been renters in at least 15yrs when we started this journey so we didn't know what to expect. We surely are grateful to have Jackie as a Landlord. The home we rented was well maintained and exactly as she stated. She is always very responsive if we need her. She reacts immediately if there are any repairs that are necessary and follows up in a timely manner. She is detailed in her communication and presents herself in a positive manner every time. It was over 3 long years since I first met Jackie Lynn until I actually bought my first home. Jackie stood beside me through bad credit and job changes. Never once did her demeanor waiver. She always said, "I will get you the keys"! When it actually came time to buy, I was so anxious to make offers on anything. Jackie Lynn didn't let me do that. She wasn't interested in a quick commission, she wanted me to be happy. I found a home that far exceeded my expectations and once again, Jackie made sure that all the stars aligned.
