I am giving a one star to the company not the lady that helped me, she gets over 5 stars. the fact that going inside there before noon and it was extremely hot on 7/26 and i could tell she was sweating and i asked her about the air and she said it was broken, and there was no sign that the company was actually doing anything to fix it because by that time there should have been a tech there by opening time at that, and not having someone else assist her or bring her a portable ac or anything, is absolutely disgusting, i don't care what the owner/ manager had that day, there is no excuse to let your employee suffer in heat like that let alone in the heat index that day and i really hope they had some type of heart to fix it before this weeks index. the young lady gave me wonderful customer service and was so kind, and i had to go to the missouri location right after and i mentioned to the lady there about the ac being broken in east bay and she said AGAIN? , like if this is an ongoing issue why are you making your employee suffer like that, no human should need to be working in that heat at this age in time, there is no excuse a ac tech was not called in to fix it before i even arrived. my heart truly felt for that young lady in east bay and truthfully hope she gets treated better by management because that is absolutely ridiculous. do better ace/

I just want anyone to know that if you go to this Ace location, there is a young lady name Andrea who will do her best to help you the best way she can. She's a sweetheart.

AJ is so sweet and helpful, she definitely made my day! I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service! She’s reliable, honest & operates with integrity. She’s really friendly & funny- she put a smile on my face and turned my whole day around, even being there just a short time. This establishment will now be my go-to in the future!

I went to this location yesterday I was having problems with my leasing office confirming my check and I wanted to give Andrea a shout out she’s amazing. Literally offered top customer service she took her time to help and figure what was the problem. We finally got hold of the correct phone number we needed to confirm the check. I just thought that was really cool.
