This morning my husband went up there to get a battery from them where he got it from and the lady work there was so rude and disrespectful. He call before he came and once he got there she act if she didn’t just talk to him she looked it up and said oh yea you just called. All she to tell him on the phone was that they doesn’t put batteries in anymore. Waste time going up to be talked to in a disrespectful way. No worries will be take business some where else and make sure to tell our families and friends as well . Worst customer service ever. This was not the first time this happened enough is enough .

Jonny was awesome when I came into check my battery on my car. Then had another yet again awesome experience from him when I had to come back in as in for some coolant for another vehicle. Super professional, knowledgeable, and nice with great customer service skills. 10/10.

Been shopping here since it was discount auto parts 30 years ago locations move around but quantity is always the most important thing to me I don't want to fix something and get a defective product to get to do it all over again and not being able to be compensated like if it were a shop that had replaced the part that is exactly the reason why shops sell the parts for a little more than the price they pay if they had to do it again it would help to offset some costs for the labor
