Warehouse staff have no customer service skills. Orders are never ready in time...always end up waiting between 30 minutes and an hour....even if its just compound. Usually it takes 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Open the showroom back or lose business. Ridiculous. I lose 2 to 4 hours per week waiting on these people....
