I just want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the amazing lady, Ms. Geri, who helped me at Amscot today. I came in hoping to take out a loan because I was short on rent, and as a single mom with no help, I was really stressed and overwhelmed. Even though I arrived right as the facility was closing, she welcomed me with so much kindness and patience. She never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and took the time to explain everything clearly while still making me feel human. Her understanding and compassion honestly made a world of difference to me today. In such a tough moment, she turned what could have been a very discouraging experience into one of support and dignity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. People like her truly make a difference.

I've been coming to Amscot for years, and my first experience with Geri was absolutely fantastic! She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. Her customer service was exceptional, making the process smooth and stress-free. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommend Geri and the Amscot team!
