  These ladies are great! Not only did they call me 30 minutes past my appointment to verify if I was still coming ( I was, I forgot!) they held my appointment.   This was my first experience getting blood work done and Ana made it such a pleasant and painless experience! She made sure we were educated on what we are testing for (I’m an expecting mother doing genetic and gender testing) and made us feel super comfortable with how the testing process works.
