I made the cardinal sin of getting my (now ex) fiancé’s name tattooed on my arm and was having a full blown panic attack about getting it covered. Bob gave me ZERO shame for my tattoo and gave me a totally bad ass cover up that I LOVE! And he banged it out in less than an hour with precision ?
10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Great clean shop, clean lines, friendly and compassionate. Will def be back for more tatts here.”

“This is a wonderful gallery and studio space! My partner and I came to visit a show reception here and were amazed by how many beautiful and interesting pieces were on display. We hadn’t realized that the space was there before but were so happy to have discovered it. There was something tucked into every corner to marvel at including a gorgeous permanent collection of miniatures. The artists and staff were all warm, welcoming, and friendly. It was so inspiring to see so many pieces of heartfelt local art and the artists behind them all in one lovely space.”

“After getting a ticket for the museum. We were told a glass-blowing demonstration was included and this was how I ended up here. That made my day. The studio has a store connecting to it. The store is worth checking out. The prices are not bad and you find different sizes of artwork. It is so beautiful here. So much talent all around.
The glass-blowing demonstration was very good. I found it educational. It is right next to the shop. The room is not air-conditioned and so it's hot. They do have a fan running inside. The demo was good and not so long. I wish they sold drinks there lol. It was cool to watch them create beautiful things. I enjoyed my time here.
The are a a few parking garages and street parking. The studio has limited parking in the front.”

The team at My Favorite Art Place was amazing. They spent a lot of time and effort understanding our needs and our style, trying out different options, debating choices and making great suggestions. They gave equal attention to all our pieces, from a simple print to originals and antiques. Prices were good, service and workmanship was fantastic and we love the end result. “I checked out SaltLight ART today after I was thrift shopping. This place is great for gifts, and cute classy hippie styles. I didn't intend on shopping really just came into browse and found several things I really enjoyed. The gal working today might have been the sweetest, and the best customer service I've had in a long time. I also heard her mention that the owner is a local artist and hand makes the jewelry sold in the store, so I had to get a necklace. Great prices on jeans and tops. Definitely check out!”

The sculptures made at MGA are visible throughout st Petersburg and Pinellas county as well as other areas of Florida and nationwide.”
“We were looking for a place for beads without having to drive to Sarasota. We thought we’d give Ricks Picks a shot. It’s a house that’s been converted into a business and I’m assuming they still smoke cigarettes inside the facility. It was pretty overwhelming and we smelled like smoke for the next few hours after leaving. There were some beads but mostly chips and I wouldn’t say anything was worth the price. There was a lot of classic rock type memorabilia and weed pipes and paraphernalia of sorts. I don’t know that I’d go back but if Rick is happy doing what he does…that is all that matters in the grand scheme of things”

“Rick has been so great with helping my husband with his wedding band. My husbands ring was given to him from his dad but it was missing a stone. He wanted a matching stone like mine, but it was missing a bracket to hold a stone in. Rick was able to quickly make it all come together! He has also helped put my stone back in my ring. Very reasonably priced and a very nice jewelry artist! He is our go to person for jewelry!”
