Recently switched to AT&T and traded in phones. Had some challenges getting help at another AT&T store closer to home in Tampa. Craig and the other associate (name?) here were very helpful! I would definitely come to this store if I lived in this area! Thank you gentlemen for your assistance!

This store is great. Craig the manager was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I ended up swapping coverage from Verizon to AT&T and couldn’t have been a better experience. I highly recommend heading over to that store. Very nice

Craig helped my daughter and I upgrade our phones and plan and now I pay less monthly for an even better plan. Very kind and knowledgeable about the phones and plans.

Amazing customer service! Went to get a new phone with my mom. Sam was so helpful and nice to us! He made conversation easy and comfortable and we are very happy with the service ☺️

I’ve never been to a phone company where the manager takes their time with you and make sure everything is working on your phone as it should be I would highly recommend AT&T at the Largo mall and thank you for making sure my new phone was was working as it should be that is a great manager

**EDIT: the email address you provide to reach out doesn't even work and kicks back. I have proof the employee stole my phone and customer service refuses to see my emails and texts. I will be filing a civil suit and police report as this is a 3rd degree felony. Funny how other recent reviews are saying the same thing about being lied to/ripped off. Still cannot get anyone at the store to respond to me. Super unprofessional and crooks!!! Now you all have the nerve to send me an email about disconnecting my service if I don't pay when you owe me almost $1000!!!!
This store and employees are the worst. I signed up for service last month and told I'd get $800 trade in value for my phone. When I went back to turn in my phone the guy said he never told me that. The manager said he would fix it and I still haven't heard back if my phone was ever sent in and processed on my account. I called the service number and after being on hold for nearly an hour the representative couldn't help because I didn't get a receipt from the store for my phone. I went back to the store for a 3rd time and the manager wasn't there. The guy who signed me up and told me he never said I'd get the $800 trade in value said he couldn't look it up and would have the manger call me. Never heard back and now have to go make a 4th trip back. Communication is absolutely awful.

Went to this AT&T store to get a replacement for my son’s damaged phone. Cedric was amazing, explained the process in great detail and helped get us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Ask for Cedric, he’s the man!
