Went into the store to have 3 Apple Watches added to my account. Met with Carl C who added the Apple Watch cell service to my plan and then tells me “it doesn’t matter which watch you set up for which line, when it gets near your iPhone it’ll just do the rest”. So I’ve had to call Tech Support on each watch to get them to send new SIM cards b/c what Carl C told me is wrong and it does matter. So my effort to NOT run into any issues by going to the store to do this was a complete waste of time. I gave up on one watch and will just return it and canx the service.

I had the best customer service at this AT&T Store in Largo over the weekend. The funny thing is that I didn’t really expect to get an iPhone 14 on that day because I was on my way to shop at Marshall’s. Matter of fact, I’ve been putting off buying a new phone for years until I stepped in this place and met Miguel. Let me first begin with, he was patient and just a really nice guy. I’m more than satisfied with my purchase and now I get to brag to my friends about my new baby. I know. I know. It’s a phone. Well, I waited a long time. And, if you really want to know how long. I was walking around with a a small SE 5 iPhone. Yup, it was time. Miguel really sealed the deal for me when he graciously helped me pick out my phone accessories AND then put it all together. I walked out of the store beaming. I had a new phone, new case, screen protector and camera lens protector. Nothing but love for MyAT&T. #LOYALTY

This is the best AT&T store in Pinellas! Miguel is excellent at customer service and solves each problem with the customer completely. He always remembers customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are getting the best service and products possible even for when they've left the store. We were really happy he took his own initiative to notice we kept coming in to the store with the same issue and offered us some alternatives to pre-prevent our problems. I'll always pick this AT&T store first!

This is the second time I had to go to work without phone service because the Largo Mall AT&T didn't accept cash. Also, with the poor customer service this store would serve the community best by closing its doors. Metro PCS accepts cash.

Had a pleasant experience here. Needed to add a line and trade in some phones. Darius was knowledgeable and friendly and made certain we were completely satisfied and taken care of. He even managed to find a service I was paying for that wasn't doing anything for me. Would definitely work with him again.

DO NOT GO HERE!This is not an AT&T store, but instead an authorized retailer. The manager here is a COMPLETE FRAUD and should be fired.2 months ago I went in because my phone was broken. Was told I could upgrade to FirstNet and save money! Was also given an Apple Watch that I neither needed nor asked for because it was “completely free!” Fast forward to now. Turns out my bill is $20 more expensive than before and the watch, was in fact, not free and I am locked in to paying $24 a month for 3 years.When I went in to get this straightened out today, I again met with the manager. He told me my bill was wrong because I was being charged for insurance and the upgrade feature which “is already included”. He said he took care of it. I confirmed before I left that I still have these benefits and he said “yes”. Come to find out, he removed both my insurance and upgrade ability, one of which can not be added back, and now I am stuck with paying for a watch I didn’t want and am stuck with a phone I can’t upgrade for 3 years. Called AT&T—they can’t do anything about it. COOL.FRAUDULENT PRACTICES ALL AROUND.

**COMPLETE SCAM BUYER BEWAREOver 5 year customerBe very wary of anything this location tells you. They will promise that your phone is going to be worth $800-$1000 and turn around and have no proof of them after they have them in their hands.My bill went up after paying off my phones and turning them in to get new ones. I owe FULL value on my phones still with no trace of what they did with my old ones. They will claim the app doesn’t show what you actually pay.Workers will be inappropriate and flirt with customers in creepy ways to get what they want. It goes too far.
