I went in the other day to get my battery checked and a nice young man went to help then his rude manager leanne yelled at him to go do deliveries instead of helping me she just had a really bad attitude and then said we have no one to check your battery right

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Dempsey I had an issue with a blown fog light and a flickering headlight with LED Dempsey greeted me I explained my concern as it was late night and my lighting was not sufficient. Immediately he came out advised me to replace the fog light after inspection showed me it was blown. Then explain LED lights which can be know to flicker , Dempsey also explained the benefits of LED lighting during inspection he corrected one headlight which was loose in the housing and straightened the other which was pointing off. Me being a NEW YORKER offered a TIP which is customary NYC for services rendered, however Dempsey respectfully declined installed the fog light used grease as well for a personal touch I was truly impressed by his attitude and work ethic. Dempsey has the potential for bigger things in the organization. Nevertheless please recognize acknowledge Dempsey in some way for his knowledge and work ethic RIGHT ATTITUDE. Lastly I never had preference aside from price for parts I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED AND MADE AUTOZONE OVERALL FOR ALL THINGS CARS. THEY MAY NOT ALWAYS HAVE LOWEST PRICE BUT THE EMPLOYEES AND KNOWLEDGE ARE HEAD AND SHOULDERS AGAINST THEIR COMPETITORS.... KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION FROM FROM FRONT TO BACK!

Hello, yes, I went to this autozone, and Andre was so helpful and a blessing. I really appreciate him even offered me to come back if i need help with more of my lights he stayed with me, however long it took, and he went above and beyond. he did it with positive vibes, and a smile.. so yes, I will go back to this autozone......

Tommy R is Great. He was friendly when we needed help and helpful with what we needed. He went and measured the radiator when we asked, Great at explaining what they had and what it was for . AMAZING experience. Friendly and professional service.

Victoria is a powerhouse.
Victoria fixed a big issue made by a lazy work associate of hers. I give it stars because of her. Otherwise id be giving this place a 3 star because one of her associates didnt want to do the work of ordering a part and left me with th3 wrong part. Now my mechanic left me without AC because of this employee. He knows who he is.

Tommy is amazing. Let me start off by saying that I never write reviews but I had to after my experience today. I came as a walk in with a dead battery that needed changing and was done less than 15 minutes later. So good job Autozone Largo. However that isn’t why my review has gets 5 stars as I expect that any auto parts or mechanics employee should know what they are doing. The reason for the 5 stars is truly Tommy’s performance, professionalism and personality. Tommy’s knowledge of his craft is beyond par. His careful yet effective and efficient approach, along with his charisma and genuine care for helping customers is what seals the deal for me. If I am in need again I will be back and ask for Tommy.

Went in and asked for help, the 2 guys behind the counter both greeted me but when I asked for help one of them whouldnt look up from his phone and the other just kept saying look down #2 . So I'm glad these clowns work at an autozone and not somewhere important....
