I went today to get windshield wipers and they installed them!!! Had no idea they did that. It took him under 2 minutes. Would have taken me who knows how long. Amazing customer service

I want to thank Robert who went up and beyond to help me..
My experience at this AutoZone On march 7th 2024 ..
I came to buy oil for my vehicle that was low,I was first assisted by this Fat rude man behind the counter.
I had told him what I was there for and wasn't exactly sure what year my car was.
That fat guy,just rolled his eyes and was pretty rude to me for my naivety on year of my vehicle that was parked out front.
His 3rd eye roll I had enough and just walked away from him.
There was absolutely no rea
son for his rude behavior.
He definitely lacks in customer service .
I then went to Roberts register and he helped me up and beyond,very nice knowledgeable man who was very eager to help ..
Thank you again Robert 😊
Sorry you have to work with that fat lazy rude guy, I'm sure you have to pick up much of his slack..

I arrived at AutoZone just 20 minutes before closing, and Robert and Tina went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the late hour, they were incredibly patient, professional, and kind. Robert took the time to install my new battery with ease, and both he and Tina made the entire experience seamless. Their excellent customer service truly stood out, and I appreciate their dedication to helping customers. Highly recommend!

Erik is one of the best employees you can have at autozone he deserves compensation for what he does. he was the sweetest and helped out my sister when she had a burnt light on her car he took care of us with such kindness and very informative!

Jeremy was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I had MAF sensor go bad, he ordered it and let me borrow the OBDII scanner a few times!
These folks are better than mechanics because them seem to have heard it all.

Great location. Not busy. A nice young man named Jeremy assisted me with finding the right bulb and installed it for me. You do, however, have to ask for help installing, as it isn’t outright offered. So overcome your fear of talking to strangers, ask these guys to help you, and they will.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the unbelievable customer service I received during Hurricane Milton. As a county employee I was activated and en route to my assignment when both of the batteries went dead. So i pull into Autozone, they took a look at my lifted F-250 and said, we got this. Stellar C/S! Thank you!
On a side note, the female employee's demeanor is unacceptable at best. Not very nice..

The worst customer service I've ever experienced with the female working today. The short chubby chick is awful..I will be contacting the regional manager due to this..when I bought a battery that is still under warranty until October and it's not holding a charge, I need the battery replaced since I was in there 4 days ago..hire people who want to assist customers instead of blowing me off and telling me to drive around to charge my battery!!! Who says that?? Pathetic..

Bad service, I know I have to have my vehicle information but in another autozone they have helped me with that but this man is very despotic and without wanting to help autozone is a good store but these people make the quality of service go down
