I stood there 20 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I was directed to a woman and was told to sit on the lobby . That woman came out of her cubicle and said she was going to lunch. Leaving me sitting there. Mind you, this was at 2:45pm, the place closes at 4pm. I can definitely see why you're only at 2 stars for customer service. I'll be going to a different bank.

Poorly staffed. I came in the day after a holiday weekend and only had one person working behind the counter to help the nearly 20 customers in line. I'm not sure who the bank manager is but you should know how to properly schedule employees for days you know will be busy or be able to jump in and help if you are going to be a manager of any business. Very disappointing.

I went to Bank of America on East Bay Drive branch at the last minute before they were closing. The Staff at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. She assisted me with taking my Power of Attorney paperwork and scanned them through right away. Then I sat with the Bank financial adviser "Julie" to help me. She was incredible! she opened a case for me immediately and sent it to their law department. She was very professional as well as friendly. She smiled at all times while she was performing her duty although it was time for her to leave. I highly recommend this branch and meet these great staff!

I waited forever for a notary. They checked me in, then left me sitting there. I ended up walking out, with no service. I have multiple banking accounts and my husband has a large investment account. My daughters have moved to Chase. I'll probably do the same.

Carlos the assistant vice president of financial solutions advisor was amazing. My mother was able to make an appointment with him quickly and we were seen before our appointment time. He was so respectful and listened to all my mom’s concerns and helped us complete everything we wanted same day. He even helped educate her on her retirement and other financial needs. He made a stressful activity easy and effective for my mother.

I knew BOA was all about charging fees for everything, however I did not know they change $8 to cash their own check if you are not a customer. I received a check for escrow deposit and was told by the owner after I unsuccessful cashed the check at my bank's ATM and upload a photo deposit, that I had to physically got to BOA to cash it. 2 people examined the writers signature cards, and thought "it was close enough". Ok, going to cash the check at BOA was ok, even though I would never bank with them, but a fee for cashing their own check??? Give me a break. I would NEVER have a "relationship" with BOA

Many if not all Bank of America Branches are either Closed entirely, offer limited open hours, and few Service Representatives in The Banks. It's to bad., this used to be a top ranking Bank.

Not really sure why this branch is so lowly rated. When I walked in, I was greeted by Sonia and there was a line of about 5 people. I was assisted by Marsi and she was nice as well. I didn’t have anything by my ID on me and I was in and out on about 5 mins. Positive experience for me.

This location is never open ever. They’ll say open till 4 on the door and the doors will be locked at 3. Even in regular week days that aren’t holidays.

Poor customer service. Booked an appointment online. Left work early to attend the appointment. They did not look at the note section of my notary request and had to refer us out.

When I opened up this BoA Google page, I was not surprised to see it was 2 star rated already. I would’ve given it 0 stars if I could.I went to this BoA today just past noon & was lucky to be serviced by the lovely Ms.Asfana(I think that’s how you spell your name). I just had to deposit 2 checks & Ms.Asfana decided to bring up a 1 star survey I left for her 1 year ago. She had great memory but she couldn’t recall how she treated me that day. I don’t go out of my way for bad surveys or reviews. If I wrote a bad survey/review on your behalf, it was for a reason. Ms.Asfana was in her feelings today & caused a scene inside the building. As I looked around to see if any coworkers or customers were witnessing, all of the coworkers that were looking at us had turned their heads so quick ?? Ms.Asfana, because of your lack of accountability & poor customer service to me today, that was the last time i will ever conduct business w/ BoA as a whole. I’ve been w/ BoA for 15+ years but Achieva right down the road has impressed me.. especially w/ the better looking women at the counter ?I was having a bad day just like you except I handled mine a lot better. You got so upset w/ me that you started sucking your teeth & stumbling over your words. It’s no problem.. after this review I will completely forget you even exist. Ima boss.. i don’t clock in for nobody. I work when I want & I vacation when I want. I do not care about your feelings & neither does any customer that walks through those doors so next time just do your dam job & keep your sob story for somebody at home who cares. ?

I understand closing on Saturdays due to staff shortage, I understand closing early due to staff shortage, but I don't understand no one in the bank during regular operating hours to help customers. Very short staffed and the customer service is at best a two out of tenTo response: I know where other locations are. I've been a BoA customer for well over ten years. This particular location is awful and needs guidance, retraining, and support.

I come to this location several times a month. No matter how many people are in line they never open more then 1 line. The female manager walks around back and forth to the vault and never helps the teller. LAZY!!!
