Ordered 400$ worth and was assured a certain delivery date. I called costumer service and was told it would ship the same day since the order has been picked and packed already. Three days later and three days before I leave on a work trip to Europe where I needed the order for, nothing has been shipped just a label created. After calling 10 times I finally reached someone just to be offered to cancel the order and refund everything but shipping or risk it and maybe miss my flight waiting for delivery.Don’t trust the website information or costumer care since they promised to keep me updated if anything wasn’t going according to the schedule. Well they never did.

Received stemless wine glasses that were dirty and greasy. Very disappointed in the product and lack of response from the company. They should have offered a refund or credit.

EDIT: I had an order / shipping issue that was resolved to satisfaction, including a refund of my purchase and follow-up on information pertaining to some out of stock items that I was interested in.BarProducts has some amazing options for a Home Bar Enthusiast like myself and I look forward to using them again in the future! :)---I have been contacted about resolving my issue, which I appreciate. I will be happy to update my review once my refund is complete.---Not giving a 1-star because they were good for me in the past... but if my last experience with them had been the first time I'd used BarProducts, I would assume they were always awful.I paid for shipping for an order that never arrived... only after repeated attempts to track down my order (weeks overdue), did I get told the items were not going to be restocked and I would not get my order.It was then apparently my responsibility to repeatedly ask for a refund.Long story short... while my items (that I didn't receive) were eventually refunded, thanks to my persistence. I paid $12.38 in shipping for those items that I never received and was never credited for this shipping charge.From my perspective, the money is a minor issue... but the lack of interest in following up with me, willingness to keep money they shouldn't have charged me and overall POOR customer service are red flags for me going forward.But if $13 is worth losing business from a previously satisfied customer, than I guess that is their prerogative.I know this isn't everyone's experience... hopefully yours is better. But at best their service is inconsistent.Sincerely,Disappointed

Purchased 12 Red cocktail strainers for my bar. All 12 have begun flaking and leaving red paint chips everywhere rendering them unusable after less than two months of use. Refused to issue more than a 15% discount towards replacements. No way to do business. Will not be using them in the future.

I placed an order for 17 piece stainless steel bartending kit and once received the ice scoop was missing. I placed a call to customer service to let them know and was assured it would be mailed out the same day. 5 days later still dont have my item. Called back in to customer service and was told it was "hung up in the system" and it was not shipped out but once again assured it would be shipped out today. I had plans on doing alot of business with this company but after this experience, I will never do business with them again.

Amazing Website. I highly recommend them because of their great customer service and prices. The customer service is fast and reliable. Jason helped me right away and we talked for an hour trying to figure out a problem on my end. They manufacturer everything themselves, so prices are extremely cheap. I love how you can customize pretty much anything you want. Defiantly worth a visit, for 6.

My experience with this company, they are a scam. They took two 99.00 from my credit card and after I could not get them to answer their phone or when I left a message--they did not return my call. I finally sent an email--and the money was put immediately back. Now, this month they did it again for 199. Where they are getting good reviews from is beyond me.

This place is like bartenders heaven!!! They have pretty much anything you could possibly need for your bar. ...Not to mention the sweet man in the warehouse with them baby blue eyes (think his name was Jason, the Alabama Fan) helped me with everything I needed!
