I placed my first online order with this store. I went to go pick it up before the text/email was sent telling me it was ready, my mistake. They had over 70 orders and I was somewhere in the mix when I showed up. Anissa (forgive me if I spelled the name wrong) was happy to pick my order real quick, it was just some hand soaps. I ended up spending more money when I picked up the order 😂 I love this store for real, thank you.

I went to the largo mall location to pick up my order I did online and I didn’t realize I chose the countryside location instead of the largo location and the head leader/manager Linda was an absolute gem who helped me. As soon as I told her I was at the wrong store she told me to show her the order and I could pick them out in the store now and she would use the coupon I used online for there. I have been to this location numerous times and I actually worked here a long time ago and I have NEVER in my life felt so comfortable and respected in my life by anyone there except for Linda. She personally walked me around the store to pick out the candles I wanted. She was absolutely amazing and she needs a raise 100%. Thank you so much Linda !

The 4 stars are for the excellent customer service I received!
I was disappointed with the body sprays..they have lost their potency! They all are watered down.
