Staff at Bob's Carpet & Flooring were fantastic. They helped me finalize a carpet design with my wife and I. Worked with Randy and Montrel, who was my main contact. Montrel came to the house quickly to confirm measurements, especially on his day off. The carpet was ordered immediately, and it arrived in a matter of a few days. The install date was made very quickly afterward. The installer Chris did a fantastic job installing the pad and carpet to perfection in just a few hours. Had a remnant banded in a matter of 4 days for an area rug (last photo) with expectation that it could take a couple of weeks. Randy, Montrel, and Chris made it a wonderful experience from start to finish. Bob's Carpet & Flooring is the place to go for your flooring needs. Needless to say, my wife and I just LOVE the new carpet and how it vastly improved our den. We are so happy we went with these fine folks at Bob's.

Randy was our sales person, he allowed my daughter the freedom to wander and choose her flooring. He brought the samples day of measure, she wasn’t available so he left them so she could determine which color carpet (it was between 2) Randy explained the timeline of ordering and installation. Day of installation Joe showed up at the designated time. He was professional and did a fantastic job with both the wood laminate and the carpet. We were very pleased with the entire experience!

I went to Bob’s, in Largo, for carpeting for my two bedrooms. My salesmen, Randy, was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend!

4looring13 did my install. They were prompt, had good communication, and got the job fairly quickly. They helped move a couple larger pieces of furniture for me. The price from Bobs carpeting was good and they were patient with my schedule. Thank you. It looks great. Just what I wanted for the office.

Debra and Randy were phenomenal!!! So helpful and so efficient. We came back after the hurricane to find our floors completely ruined. Randy came in and helped us decide on what to do and Debra followed up with organizing the quick installation date and invoicing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough about how impressed I am with this business. From Randy the salesman to the 2 installers. All were professional, no pressure and very informative. My next flooring project will be done by Bob's of Largo.

I had several places to choose from but a friend referred me to Bob’s Carpet & Flooring and I am happy with that decision.
The product selection on carpet is extensive. We choose one of the premiere options “Pawnache” and it was well worth the cost.
I would highly recommend Bob’s as the entire experience was phenomenal from our Sales Representative Montrel Jenkins to the installation crew.
Do yourself a favor and before you make that final decisions give these guys a call.

Be aware that if Bob's does your bathroom, they will uninstall your toilet and then won't reinstall it. You would think after paying $5000 dollars they would at least put back the toilet they unhooked. They put back my refrigerator and stove but left me to reinstall my toilet. Only found out this fact when they were all done and leaving. Since it was at night i had no where to go.Go elsewhere if this is thier customer service.

T. J. the manager was very helpful. I know I bothered him alot but he was always helpful & never rude or rushed.Carpet installers were also helpful & did a terrific job. Very pleased with entire process! Recommend them highly.

I purchased vinyl flooring and carpeting from Bob’s. TJ and his installers were informative, professional, friendly and easy to work with. I entered the store on a Wednesday, and by the next Wednesday everything was completed. Considering the size of our three bedroom home, it was nothing but amazing. I would most definitely recommend TJ and his crew for all wishing to update their homes.
