The site says this location closes at 5, the door poster even says it closes at 5. So why at 4:15 are your doors locked and lights off? There are not that many stores around for locations to just be closing when they feel like it. Not cool.

This store is terrible. Argumentive associate who won't let you say a word. Very very unprofessional. Hung up on me. Im switching carriers asap. Been a loyal customer for 10 years. That's what you get for using boost I guess.

Worst experience ever with Cell phone service. I went into this location yesterday to port my number from another carrier, and was told i could use my own device. After being in the store for almost 1 hours, and Rachel could not get the SIM card to take, told me to take SIM and once service stops working with other carrier to insert boost sim. I did at almost 3:30 pm. My supervisor had to call location, due to no service to get a appointment for me. She talked to Rachel and she said to come it.. I work 2nd shift, and had to be inconvenienced to leave and take lunch to get this resolved..Once i got to the location on my 30 minute lunch. Rachel could not do anything and just said sorry, system update/outage. I advised i have paid my money over $73.00 and no service. you told me a few hours and now you are saying wait 24 hours? really and to just turn off my phone and wait. Advised her what if i have a emergency etc. I can not call if i need service for my car if out and about or anything. Not acceptable at all.today arrived at store, due to no service at all. I was told the same thing by Rachel. and that she had called several people etc. but at the end of the day i have no phone service that i have paid for. All she could offer up was i am sorry and no ETA and that my number was in between. unacceptable. So i had to go and purchase a prepaid phone so i can have service.When i ask Rachel about compensation for my inconvenience and no service etc. she told me to call customer service.. WOW really..Soo unacceptable on all levels.. if i could give a negative 0 i would..

Rachel was a great. She was super helpful and friendly. She was able to assist us with a new case and screen protector. I definitely re ommend visiting this location for any service needs.

I came in to get my phone unlocked and switch providers, but Tony was so great he helped me get the phone working and showed me how I can stay with boost and with a low payment. Tony is really knowledgeable and was great with my daughter too. The 5 stars are for his awesome customer service.
