“I dealt with very pleasant people when I was in office I don't recall her name but she was super nice at both pick up and drop off. She found a car for me that would work the car was clean which is not normally the case with Enterprise cars they usually have a smell this one did not and I was completely satisfied thank you for your help”

“The best costume service I ever had honestly, feel very blessed and grateful. I was desperate since last Friday trying to get a rental and Kathy was the best helping me to get a car the same day I called the store. I was surprised how she is able to keep up with all the intense hard work that is to be an attendant at the front desk. My honest gratitude felling is real, whatever she’s making, she deserves a raise! ??”

“They have always been very helpful especially this week because at time it's very tuff for them when I book a car a week in advance and the airport takes that rental at the last minute leaving them with the ball in their hands to explain to the customer why they don't have the rental which is unfair.”

“This location was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Even when it appeared I accidentally canceled my reservation, Katrina was so patient and kind while juggling other customers. She was able to get me set up and on my way very quickly. The truck was also very comfortable and easy to drive from Florida to Virginia. I highly recommend.”
