“When I got to the St Pete/Clearwater Airport enterprise, I had already checked in through the app. I went out into the lot and the guy said I could choose between 6 different cars in the class I had booked. That was really nice to have that option and not just be assigned any random car. The rental process itself was seamless, I ended up with a 2027 MY car with 1,000 miles on it in fantastic condition. Enterprise fleet has usually been impressive in my experiences. No issues with the car whatsoever.
I was flying out of Tampa international so I returned the car there with no issues either. It was a very non stressful and seamless experience from start to finish. Kudos Enterprise. This is why I keep coming back to you as a customer wherever I go. Keep up the good work like this! Thank you.”

“A great experience! If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would! I called last minute and Dane gave me a car within my budget. No extra non sense charges like the other “famous” rental companies that only gave me expensive cars and lots of extra fees!

“A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”
“Ronnie, was amazing. I had a bad experience with customer service trying to charge me a $900 fee for an error on their part and thanks to Ronnie he was able to correct it for me. It was extremely patient and calmed my nerves. He was patient and helpful going the extra mile to give good service.”

I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but he did an excellent job explaining everything and made renting a car here super easy. He was younger and African American. I hope this helps him get the recognition he deserves.”
“Possibly the nicest car rental experience that i have ever had.
It is truly refreshing to rent a car and not be upsold. The owner explaimed the pros and cons of add-ons such as toll options and actually recommended the cheaper option for my needs.
I know that rental employees are encouraged to upsell but having an experience like this leaves you with the feeling of great service and that they place more value on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
If you need to rent a car in the clearwater area, this location is top notch.”

“Received a car in need of washing and with a maintenance warning inside. When I returned the car right before it was due, I gave the keys to the agent at the Avis/Budget desk since there was no one at the outside lot. She assured me I would receive a credit for the inconvenience, but would have to wait until the next day to put in that change since she was filling in that evening. The next morning I got a receipt showing the car the returned late, with additional fees reflecting that. I tried multiple times to contact the rental desk, but they never answered. I logged a complaint to Budget corporate regarding the rental from this location.
Update--Jared Amos from Budget-Avis resolved this issue within less than one business day and provided a credit for the inconvenience. I would rent from them again, but would make certain that the agent at the desk notes the correct time when the car was returned.”
