We had the misfortune of having to deal with Scott at this branch. He was rude, arrogant and condescending from the second we walked in to the branch. I had reserved my time slot 2 weeks prior, by making an appointment to conduct my business. I have been a customer with Chase Bank for many years now. He rushed me through the entire meeting, contradicted most of what I said, which I was in fact correct on, then told us he had no more time for us. This individual actually said those words to us! I have been in management my entire life, this person needs to be fired. He would never see another paycheck if he was on my staff.

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service here. There was a long line, and 3 tellers up front. I watched everyone in front of me go up immediately to the teller without being called. The girl with shorter blonde hair freed up next for me. Thought I'd be considerate and give her a chance to finish up what they were doing before approaching the desk. Well, this lady didn't even acknowledge me. I watched her get up and go back to the non teller side and locked/closed the door in on her self over where they talk about loans, credit cards and stuff. I then had to wait even longer for another teller to open up. Inexcusable. Where was the communication and desire to help the customer that has already been waiting ? I've been banking with Chase for over 15 years and it's reasons like this that I've slowly moved all my accounts over the years. Pathetic. 12/13/24 ~3pm.

Sitting here now for the third day after being assured the account would be disbursed only to be told that they have to do it over. I'm sure there's no issue giving them money but God help you if you are closing an account. This bank has been an obsicle for a year and a half as my parents Power of Attny giving me the run around. POA after POA paperwork. Never did accept POA. Now that I've lost both parents they've lost death certificates over and over and fighting to disburse to benifitiary. How in the world is this one of the largest banks? Customer service is nonexistent. I wouldn't trust Chase Bank with five bucks.

It's a bad bank. Ami, they stole a good amount from me and the bank was not responsible. I had to pay it myself.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced at a bank the guy teller didn't get his name no name tag fat buzz cut he was the rudest mother FER I thought about waiting outside when he got off work but I had to pick my kids up from school

DON’T GO WITH THIS BANKCustomer service over the phone is a terrible and that’s not even the worst part. Made a $2,400 dollar purchase and they flagged it as fraud which isn’t bad, the bad part is when i call them to get the transaction approved they say the account has been flagged for fraud and we will call back in 1-2 minutes. they never called and this is EVERY time i call them. they literally don’t even attempt to contact me back in any way and every time i call they just keep asking the same questions and saying they say they will call and never do. still trying to clear this up and it’s been 6 hours. I’m switching banks after this is cleared up.

OMG! Happened about two weeks ago and I'm so glad I can express this.The new male manager was so aggressive in his vocal tone and body language, then I was simply shocked to hear him say I was being very rude , what's the guy smoking ,I thought! , I replied "What did you say?" When he told me that! I do not feel comfortable going there again and never will. This guy was ready to come out swinging... unbelievable behavior!I am Putting my money in another bank OMG totally shocked.Totally unbelievable! It's no wonder they are shutting down the Bank...I'm not stepping foot in another Chase bank ever! I have pulled all my savings from this bank .What a total Askhole. I found a lot bey bank now.

The people the people at this branch was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to open up an account, u have to make all these appointments just to be seen to open up an account. (Kevin Hart) "lied." I would never want to do business with Chase Bank!!!! (Period) then when I told them that westbay sent me down here to another branch "East Bay," they act like I didn't know what I was talking about. The object of the game, is to, just open up an account so I can put money into, not give blood?☹️?
