Nobody is available to help. 4 people and 1 is apparently capable. Made an appointment and waited a half hour, 15 past my time and left. Asked for my money to than close account, can’t do that either. 3rd trip to bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The Chase Bank location in Largo, FL is kept clean and team members are always helpful.I’ve never had to wait in line, and my experience with the private bankers has been pleasant.The driveway is just west of the sign on Walsingham Rd. You can also access it from the Huntington bank driveway on Indian Rocks Beach Rd as well.

Yesterday around 3:30pm I was helped with my account at Chase by a very knowledgeable young dark haired representative in first booth on right.He was efficient in getting copies made and printing out some info I needed and he also informed me about cashiers checks originalsand completed everything perfectly.Thanks.Loyal customer for many years,K w-c

Not a real bank. No tellers. No service. Can't make a deposit. Only atms to do anything. A useless so called Bank.

Attempted to deposit over $1000 in the drive-thru atm and the atm took my money without crediting my account. Problem was fixed after 24 hours but beware.

I wish I could put ZERO stars. It's bad enough that there is no longer customer service at this location, BUT my elderly mom waited on line for over 20 minutes to use drive up ATM this afternoon to find out the machine was out of money. Totally DISGRACEFUL!

Reviews from Nextdoor Anona about Chase bank on Walsingham / Oakhurst Please be aware that I just went to the Chase bank next to McDonald's, and they have changed the inside. They no longer have tellers to take care of your transaction. Sales and advisers are the only residents in there now, except for 1 teller who went through a door to get to the drive-through teller so they could process my payment. They now want you to use the drive-thru or an ATM outside. I'm not real thrilled with their new design, as was another person who came in and was told by the "teller" since she was trying to deposit cash, to go use he drive-thru, but when she said she didn't have an ATM card, she'd have to go to a different branch. Terrible!!!!I went in last week and found that they were going to a NO CASH BANK!!!!Will be finding another bank as soon as I can. How can you be a no cash bank? Isn't that the reason you go to the bank? How can they not have tellers inside ? No cash ? Well that's not good at all.

One upon a time, I loved Chase Bank. They once had the design just the way their customers liked it. The tellers gave the bank a personal touch. Now they decided to change it. No cash back unless you get it from the ATM. Just a basic bank now without a personal touch. So that they can save money. I like that Chase was a physical branch and not a online bank. They ruined there own bank. I would get my change from the tellers and count my money on the couch that was in the lobby with chairs and a table in front of the couch. I hate all Chase Banks with this new design that they call "Redesigned branch with modified teller services". So cold and non personal. The Corporate office has no idea what they have done. I will only go to Chase Banks without this new stupid redesign. The staff that are left are very nice but only can insist you with opening up a account or help you with your account. They can't help you with change only a ATM machine can do that now. Change it back! I like the tellers and my couch and table where I use to sit and count my change. My friends and family don't know that I do reviews. My private thing that I do. So that is why I don't have friends on yelp lol!

At this my home branch Chase Walsingham IRocks Rd everyone is helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable of banking policies even online banking, e.g. login problems and bill pay, etc!
