If I could give this a zero rating I would,I enter chase bank around 2:30 to cash in my gift fund from my job,the young teller took my check -i do not have an account their but the gift card was for there. She then looked at the checking account and asked for two ID's and made and made a comment about how much the check was I took there for 10 minutes for clarification, her coworker then came in and looked at the check amount and asked me questions and made slick comments basically framing me as a criminal and made me sit there and wait for them to cash a check they never cashed.

This is my favorite location. The tellers are always kind and courteous. All the other branches in the area fail massively at customer service. The gentleman who helped me today had short red/ginger hair.

I had an issue regarding fraud on my account happen earlier this morning and drove over to the branch immediately. Within minutes they had me seated in an office already working to solve my problem. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were quick, responsive, friendly and kind. Highly recommend.

I've been banking here since 2020.Trent is awsome, he's very professional, personal, punctual and deserves a promotion! All the staff who've helped me are cool, I've known Trent the longest as he's been at this branch almost as long as I've been banking here. Every workplace has their rockstar employees, Trent is hands down one of them.

Took a payroll check then locked my account. Then they chose to force close my account and the only way to stop it is to have them call you on a "verified" phone number. But there is no way to to verify your phone number and unless you have a home phone in your name it won't be pre verified. F u chase bank will never bank at one again

Do NOT deal with Paula at this branch. I deposit a dividend check my daughter receives. For the first time ever with Chase I was told it cannot be done.
