I was told to not come to back to the store because my son is autistic and walked out of the store with two stuffed animals the day before I had the police called on me for something that I did not even steal the police were informed in a month later I was trespassed from the store I offered to pay for the stuffed animals that my son supposedly had took they were very unfriendly and uncooperative why is it that a father is in trouble for something that his autistic son has done I do not mind taking the responsibility of my son but I do mind being treated so poorly and unrealistically accused of stealing what a horrible place I would love for circle k to contact me and remedy this this is a bad thing that you have done seeing as I spent plenty of money in the store and never stole a thing I've always had money in my son always enjoyed coming to the store that particular day was a bad day my son was having he was screaming and crying and I was accused of helping him steal of all the things that I've ever been told I've done that is the most ridiculous and small thing that a person can say about me I was close to suing the store and I'm still thinking about taking legal action figure that would probably be the best route so this doesn't happen to somebody else 😞 very sad that employees are able to single out a person over what their kids have done could have just asked me not to bring my son back in the store but instead accused me of helping him steal and called the police a month later 0 oh it had me trespassed what a bad place this is

I went to put gas in my motorcycle. Bike was running fine when I pulled in. I put $12 in in pump 4 premium. Started my bike and it died right away. I knew what was wrong immediately something is wrong with the gas. Went in they asked me to leave and called the police. I had my bike towed to a bike shop and lo and behold half my tank was water. The dealership provided me with these photos of the separation of the gas and water. This happened on 10/17 at lunch time. Beware of bad gas and rude staff

So I could give the store a zero I would the store is disgusting. I actually was going to get a hotdog. They are out of buns, but the cashier nastily said well you can buy the hotdog with No bun bun cashier was rude. Manager was rude.

the treatment is totally horrible and discriminatory towards Latinos, I live nearby in a mobile home park, I will always buy there, but this is my last time, it is unpleasant treatment by a man (cashier) he always denies us the products and asks my husband for our ID and yet we have never refused to give him the ID and even so he refuses to sell us the products, there have been many times that I feel discriminated against by that man that I even confronted him and recorded him because he was yelling at us to leave and we were only buying a water and I have the video where he refused to sell us products, when we all have the right to service I will be taking drastic measures in the matter, we will always buy in the calmest way and it is not fair that Circle k denies us service, it is a shame

This Circle K station has a partnership with Upside for cashback on gas purchase
On June 1, 2024 I claimed an offer with this station and to date not only was not paid, but Upside claimed on June 11 they were still unable to "match all receipts to their transaction data to verify purchases" "Their" being the Circle K station I made my claim on.
Why is this Circle K station failing to provide my transaction? I provided Upside my transaction, what is Circle K's problem?
This is a broken promise and breach of trust

The woman front of me was confused about lottery tickets I think. She leaves and the clerk looks blankly into space so I ask if he can wait on me. He says he is waiting on someone but there is nobody there. Another guy slowly walked to the next cash register. So I asked if he could wait on me and I was told he also was waiting on someone. There was only one woman standing to one side playing with her phone. Then a woman who I suppose is the Manger looked at me and said they are very busy. I said the long line behind is because nobody is doing
anything but standing around.
Please train staff to act like they are awake and know what they are doing. And to bathe as the horrible body order was so thick I had to hold my breathe. Also a customer shouldnt have to ask to be waited on.

This store I was told is the busiest in the County. Always busy. Nice thing is a laundromat behind it do while you wash/dry clothes u can get Something to eat/drink

The night staff are my favorite but a rather large man (employee) feels it funny to inderectly give thr response to my question and said looking over at my bf who was standing outside watching our bikes that he personally has the right to charge my bf or anyone that (steals) up to 2.99$ for the large purple and white refillable cup but he only usually charges 99cents. I don't know why he said that because my bf wasn't accused of anything?? I was very disappointed because I thought he had better Customer service being as that's what his position is Customer Service Representative?! I know (as humans) we can't always be nice all the time but when you represent your company to a customer putting down another ISN'T right!! I still Love your store, ♥️♥️♥️??? ???

Corinda at this store is the absolute rudest woman I have ever dealt with in a Circle K ever. Not only was she rude to me, but she verbally berated my wife as well. Management at this location is non existent, I’ve always loved this location but I will never go back. As a customer you should feel safe where you shop, she has made us feel unsafe, unwelcome, and as she threatened my wife, this is not a safe location. Shame on Corinda for this behavior, Circle K should be ashamed of employees like you.
