Rude customer service, especially the old lady at the register. Was talking over me and very condescending. Witnessed them aggressively make a young girl leave the salon for not being licensed. To her defense, there’s no sign about it being licensed only.

One of my favorite places to pick up my supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and always make it a great experience. As a barber I find it hard to find good quality supplies and they have just about everything I need. Even barber chairs! with a crazy good warranty I believe its 5 years on the pump and 2 years on the chair. Go check them out.

The shelves are pretty bare so I recommend ordering offline right now until they start to stock backup.they were out of so many things but when I ordered online I was able to get the things that I need it the next day sent to my salon. Everything will get back to normal, it just takes time

Jody is the girl to help.She goes above and beyond customer service.She makes you feel like your her # 1 customer! The management is fantastic.She will special order for you and call when it cones in.I' m so fortunate to be close enough to their location.
