Yohen at the Largo Mall Cricket store is amazing! She was professional, friendly, and so helpful when I went in and needed help with my phone. There were other customers in there at the same time. I was impressed with her multitasking skills. She was basically helping 3 customers at the same time. Not to mention she’s bilingual and going back and forth speaking English and Spanish, whatever the customer needed. Her manager, Sebastian, was great too! Thanks for making it an easy time for me and great experience there.
