My kitty's fur was long and tangled, they were able to shave him down in just a half an hour, and for a very reasonable price. I might just start having him groomed regularly here.

I took my dogs there a few weeks ago. After we got home I noticed nothing was really done to them. She asked me what size blade she should use which I thought was crazy since I had told her I wanted them shaved down. I'm not sure why she did this. I'm perplexed because I had followed her from 2 places she left. I have never had this done to me. In the 10 years I've been here I have never encountered a groomer to be dishonest and stiff me of $120. Very disppointed.. BEWARE!

Will not go back here. My dogs ears became infected after his bath and grooming. These are dogs that live inside the house not outside. I took him to two vets to get him fix. had the infection tested, it was Fecal matter infection. Then I remember the clerk here at Cute Cuts telling us one day that they use the same bath water to “save water” like they are really doing the world a favor? My dog suffered greatly and it cost over $1,200 to fix him. I would never use them or recommend them again. If I could assign zero stars I would.

Although my first visit was less than perfect, we decided to give Cute Cuts a second chance. My cats were returned without being bathed, and only partially groomed. I had to drive them to the vets, and have them bathed, and shaved. I was told my 10 lb, 13 year old cat tried to bite the groomer, twice. The second attempt their policy is stop everything and return the animal " to the owner " As Is". The reason for not finishing the 12 year old Ragdoll, was just as silly. Find someone else, if you have cats.
